At 6'2, 11 hours in economy is a nightmare. I refuse to pay that, and couldn't find a flight with miles.
But I knew there was a better way.
My friend @martinmartinmro gave me early access to Miso.com I sent them one message (you just text it).
15 minutes later they came back with a business class seat on KLM for 30k miles more than my premium economy booking.
Then they changed my ticket for me. That part alone was worth it.
No digging through point(.)me. No Amex portal. No bouncing between 10 platforms. No sitting on hold with a call center overseas trying to change a ticket.
Using it again to book a trip to London in October.
If you travel more than a few times a year, stop doing this yourself.
