It arrived! The pink book! There were times when I thought this day would never come. Thanks to everyone who got me over the line - too many to mention but you'll get a big hug when I see you next. And happy to report that the pictures turned out nice too - phew. 📚
Everyday Life in Austerity the book is now online (link.springer.com/book/10.10…)! Hard copies arrive next month and there will be a little launch event. But for now please indulge me sharing this short thread about the contents - I'm a little bit excited and overwhelmed.📚

We're very sad to hear Jeremy Hardy has died. Always funny, always friendly, always fighting for good causes and a member of CND over many decades. This video sums it up. We rang him to ask for his help and half an hour later he popped into the CND office to record this.

It's out! The Lost Ethnographies edited with Sara Delamont. Full of lessons from projects that went wrong, weren't written up, or never happened at all. Described as a 'dissident breath of fresh air' but I'll let you be the judge of that ;-) books.emeraldinsight.com/pag…
