DJ Push: I recently saw that Tay and New are playing migrant workers in a series called “Pineapple Leaf Blade.” It looks really interesting. I’ve seen the teaser, and I think they’re such a cute BL couple.
Tay Tawan really looks the part as a migrant worker, too. But New Thitipoom looks well-off, and it seems like he’s after something in this story. His skin isn’t as tanned as Tay’s.
I really like the shower scene, hahaha.
Basically, these two migrant workers have to live together, and there’s a strict schedule for showering and turning off the lights. So they end up having to shower together.
It’s like, “Hurry up and take a shower. Let me shower with you. They’re about to turn off the lights because our time’s almost up.”
So they have to shower together and rush through it before the water runs out, that sort of thing.

1. Physical appearance and age, they must be convincing that they can become migrant workers.
2. Acting experience: Roles that are very different from themself, requires dedication.
3. Attitudes, understanding social issues, topic of the series.

The moment Phon sucked on his cut finger while keeping his eyes fixed on Piya… OMG!!! That boy is gay through and through. Who stares at another man like that while sucking on his own finger?!
The symbolism in this scene is pretty obvious. There’s something subtly seductive about the way Phon looks at Piya and the way he moves. And Phon is actually the one who makes the first move. Forget all that talk about slowly falling in love out of loneliness. That boy had his eyes on Piya from the very beginning. 😏
P.S. Phon comes from an educated, middle-class family, but he planned to overstay his visa and work illegally abroad. Instead, he ended up getting tricked into working on a pineapple plantation. So it makes sense that he looks fair-skinned, clean, and well-groomed in the opening scene. Just wait until he’s spent some time working in the fields. He’ll be all dirty and scruffy soon.

Tu: P’Tay treats me meal so often because he feels guilty for what he did to me (abt the characters).
Sometimes I fake slap her, sometimes it was real slap too, so I have to make up for it.
