'The curriculum has been distorted by demands of data systems eg 6 week unit, tested and dodgy numbers going into tracking systems. Then move on to the next unit but material not revisited. Big implications for long term, flexible, durable memory.' @TLPMsF #rEDSurrey

Spot on- really thoughtful, thank you! I tried sth similar for new Y12s this week. Homework: 'deconstruct' a text using a flowchart from Pixl's 'Thinking Hard' - rule was they couldn't use full sentences. Starter linked to hw was to use their notes to discuss 3 conv Qs on board.
