My 84 year old father who is on the pension has been paying too much for his gas and electricity through @simplyenergy for the last five years. Absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone from @Optus . No voicemail for over a week and when I dial in it says the number has been disconnected! Not only mine but all services linked to my account! Going to leave ! As a small business voicemail is important
