WHAT IS NEXT?
-The #ArizonaMonster 300 was a 304+ mile gift that tested me in every way.
DON’T DO HARD THINGS. DO VERY HARD THINGS
Finally, 10 days after the completion of the race I feel back to the new normal.
Emotions, body, spirit. All of it.
So what is next?
1. I am going to work hard on the launch of @TimeToRiseBook book releasing this Sep. In my next round of edits, I am going to include lessons from the race.
2. Build up the running resume. I have a 50 K scheduled in June and a backyard ultra scheduled in August. I believe I can win the backyard ultra in August.
3. I am probably going to hire an ultra running coach. I want to get good at this.
4. I want to run the Colorado skyline 200. @runcandice @DestinationTrl
5. I’m going to get much better at telling the stories from the running. I like how Andy Glaze does this.
6. I definitely I’m considering the triple crown in 2026, three 200 mile races in the course of four months.
7. I would like to do the Arizona monster again and I would like to do the Codona 250.
8. I would like to volunteer at an aid station for a few races and give back.
9. I need to get stronger and leaner. It’s time to take nutrition seriously.
10. I want to use all of this to raise awareness to foster care, adoption, and youth mental health. I also want to raise awareness to buy a tree change of life. An organization, I fully believe in.
11. Finally, I wanna test the limits of what’s possible. I wanna expand the Pain cave. I’m excited about the future.
12. I am open to any thoughts and suggestions please leave a comment.

DEPRESSION & ANXIETY
—There are moments when JESUS sets people free & there are moments when the journey with professionals is needed.
This is 🔥⬇️
Mental health is complex. For some, the journey to healing requires extended counseling, inner work, and walking with trusted mental health professionals. For others, there are moments where the Holy Spirit steps in and brings miraculous deliverance from depression, anxiety, and torment in an instant. For many, it’s a combination of both.
