On this day of remembrance, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and remember the courage, sacrifice and selflessness of the first responders who ran toward danger to save others.
May we never forget those we lost and the heroes who answered the call to serve.

Wildly concerning stats from @StateCourts.
Judges are finding that junior attorneys are woefully unprepared to represent their clients.
This should set off alarm bells. Now's the time to lean into AR / VR and other new technologies to help students / young attorneys get more reps in before the legal interests of their clients are at stake.

Why does any law firm not build @BriefCatch into its AI-usage policy?
I’m meeting with a firm next week to discus ethics rules and AI usage. This is a no-brainer.
On April 9, an AmLaw 10 firm filed a motion in a $8.7B bankruptcy case.
It contained an AI hallucination: a fabricated quote from a Second Circuit case.
The firm self-reported it 9 days later.
BriefCatch's RealityCheck™ would have caught it in 30 seconds.
