Exploring how beliefs, identity & action shape reality. Learning. Testing. Sharing.

You're not bad at manifesting. You've only been told half the truth. You've tried the morning routines. The affirmations. Reading your goals out loud first thing every morning. All of it gave you hope. But you're still nowhere closer to the life you want. Some days you think about giving it all up. But something inside you keeps you going. You're not willing to settle for less. So why isn't it working? I asked myself the same question, because I tried all of it too. But underneath it all, I believed I wasn't good enough. That belief stopped me from pursuing things. And the businesses I did start, failed. The whole time, I was doing the routines. What I didn't see was that they only worked on the surface. They never touched the core, and the core is what shapes the surface. That's why you can do everything right and still not get ahead. Once I saw that, I stopped polishing the surface. I started working on my beliefs and my identity, tested what actually changes them, and changed who I believed I was. Today I run my own business. Not because I found a better routine, but because I changed what was underneath it. That's what I share here: not more hope, but what actually changes your beliefs and identity, and how to apply it yourself. If that's what's been missing, follow me. You're in the right place. I'm Pascal. The friend who tells you the other half. P.S. Yes, that’s me helping to make wine

The moment you stop avoiding everything that’s uncomfortable is the moment you start growing exponentially

If you really want to change, you have to become aware of your unconscious patterns. You have to notice when you’re being your old self. Then, you have to choose differently. Repeat a thousand times. Make the new choice your default.

Your thoughts don't create your reality. Your beliefs decide which thoughts you're even allowed to think.

Major life hack: Keep the promises you make to yourself. We’ve been taught not to let others down, but we break commitments to ourselves all the time. The more promises you break, the more trust you lose in yourself.

When you’re struggling with a problem, do something else and stop thinking about it for a while. The answer will come to you when you least expect it. On a walk. In the shower.

You don't fail at your goals. You succeed at staying who you are.

3 things you say that keep you exactly where you are: "It works for everyone else, just not for me."
"I'm just being realistic."
"That's just how things are." The scary part is that every one of them will keep coming true.

I’m in love with this: “The world is a mirror that reflects your relationship to it. When you are discontent with the world, it turns away from you. When you fight the world it fights you back. When you end the battle the world meets you halfway.“

To believe you can do it, you need proof. To get proof, you need to finish one thing. To finish one thing, make it small enough that it doesn't feel like a big deal.

If you believe you don't deserve success, you will sabotage every attempt, even the ones that work.

Tell me if any of these sound like you: You start strong and fade by week three. You've said "starting on Monday" more times than you can count.
You feel like you're acting a part. Different habit each time. Same week three.

You finally take time off. You lie on the couch. Watching Netflix. And the whole time, that voice: I should be doing something. Even your day off has a to-do list.

One pattern I notice in people who quit: They go from "this is hard" to "I'm not cut out for this." A feeling turns into a fact about who they are. Nobody falls off a bike and decides they're not a bike person.

At some point you have to read “this is hard“ as plain information. Sit down anyway. Write the bad first paragraph. Send the clumsy email. Go to the gym on the day you don’t feel like it. Difficulty is a report on the task. Read it that way.

Everything you have today was once everything you wanted.
