How very strange that the heatwave 'risk of death' with temperatures over 30C only applies to Brits when they're in Britain!
But the moment they board RyanAir or EasyJet or Virgin to somewhere warm for their hols, - where 30C is perfectly normal - the risk disappears
How come?

Instead of blocking emergency services on our roads, destroying precious works of art and pouring orange paint over windows & statues, perhaps such “activists” should actually do something positive for the environment like these individuals. 🍂🍃🍁

I spoke at length and extensively with Nigel Farage for 3 weeks while in the jungle. I wanted to make my own mind up about him and his views. Conclusion is simple. He was very good at washing the dishes in the river but when it comes to politics he has no plan and no substance

There is too much toxic masculinity in these situations; Putin, Bush, Assad etc.. that inevitably leads to conflict.
I don’t say this glibly but every Middle East country should send an envoy of women to negotiate a lasting settlement

In a strange event on April 19th, 1995, McArthur Wheeler executed a bank robbery while wearing a disguise consisting of lemon juice smeared on his face. His rationale was rooted in the belief that lemon juice, commonly used as invisible ink, would render him undetectable by CCTV cameras. With confidence, he even grinned at each camera he encountered during the heist.
However, later that same night, the police apprehended Wheeler. The moment of reckoning occurred when they presented him with the CCTV footage, leaving Wheeler utterly astonished. He expressed his disbelief to the officers, uttering the baffling words, "but I wore the juice."
This outlandish episode involving McArthur Wheeler has earned its place as a renowned case study in the realm of psychology. It notably contributed to the unveiling of the Dunning-Kruger effect, a cognitive bias wherein individuals with limited competence in a particular task tend to overestimate their abilities.

The Letby case demonstrates how little accountability there is for senior management in the NHS. They’ve essentially been accomplices to the murder of multiple babies through their negligence and reputation management, but they’ll slink off quietly to other highly paid jobs.
