I was asked to connect with @Hertz as the parent company, I suppose, as their response on Twitter. All stalling, no response from them or @DollarCars. Hoping to involve @jeffrossen or other media. What a scam. #renterbeware #consumeralert

Be warned. Never rent a vehicle from @DollarCars - what a scam. Prepaid and arrived to no cars at pickup. Double charged for unnecessary coverage. Both on site and phone staff were so obnoxious. CC company shows even higher charges. #scamalert #dollarrentacar #carrental
