Legal actuon is next for you @DollarCars . It is ridiculous that you charge customers for services they don’t verbally agree to, add charges that aren’t disclosed at the onset, and make them sign contracts that they don’t see! You are a fraud! Beware of this company everyone!

@DollarCars Charged close to $800 on services and fees I did not agree to when I picked up car in PHX. @orbitz who I booked with has graciously advocated for me as I have myself & has fallen to deaf ears. 0 stars for customer service both on the phone and at the airport counter
