It’s pathetic
Nasiphi Moya, instead of fixing the water crisis in Tshwane, she's on Twitter at 11:39 PM fighting people who are criticising her. 😭🚮😂
408 people have fallen ill, residents are worried about the water coming out of their taps, and the Mayor is busy fighting with citizens online. Ma'am, the water needs your attention more than your mentions do!
You cannot clap back at bacteria, block contaminated water or win an argument against diarrhoea. FIX THE WATER!
Elections are three weeks away, and residents need clean water, not midnight Twitter wars! 🚮

Nasiphi Moya, leave @CilliersB alone. Your administration pumped unchlorinated, sewage contaminated water into Bronkhorstspruit taps for three weeks, made 408 people (mostly small children) sick, and never warned residents. That is the story. Not some phantom "cholera scare."
Brink and the DA raised the plant's capacity collapse, the chlorine failure, and the public health risk based on whistleblowers and available data while you were still spinning. The joint statement now confirms exactly what he flagged: no chlorination from 24 September to 14 October, sky-high E. coli and coliforms, and a clear common water source for the outbreak. Cholera wasn't in the stool samples fine. The water was still filthy and unsafe. Quibbling over the exact pathogen while kids are in hospital is pure deflection.
You ran out of chlorine after a supplier dispute and kept feeding residents untreated river water drawn from dysfunctional sewage works. That is on you and the ANC-ActionSA coalition. Stop trying to make the man who exposed the negligence the villain. Fix the plant, release the full test results, and stop playing politics with people's health. Leave Cilliers alone.
I am deeply disappointed by the continued attempts by former Executive Mayor Cilliers Brink to exploit the water crisis in Bronkhorstspruit for political advantage, including through misleading claims about cholera.
At a time when residents are understandably concerned about their health and safety, Mr Brink has chosen to amplify fears of another cholera outbreak without adequately explaining the scientific findings available to date.
Let me be absolutely clear: cholera has not been identified as the cause of the gastrointestinal illness outbreak in Bronkhorstspruit.

Great job @GovernmentZA. You are destroying jobs and the livelihoods of South Africans.

The biggest story in South Africa is this woman walking away with 5 boxes of who-knows-what! Yet watch how quickly politicians go quiet when it’s time to condemn looting.
Why? Because 4 November is around the corner, and nobody wants to upset potential voters! 🤔🇿🇦
Everyone wants to talk tough about law and order until the people breaking the law are part of the constituency they’re desperate to win over. Suddenly, it’s silence!

And while we're in desperate need of direct foreign investment these are the headlines the world is reading. Damn this country has deeply stupid leaders.
🚨🇿🇦 Threats of a civil war in South Africa as the anti-migrant protests have intensified. Roads have been blocked off in parts of the country and foreign owned cars are being burnt down.
Locals have been seen with tires, potentially for "Necklacing", a famous South African execution method were a tire is placed over the individuals head, wrapping their arms, drenched with gasoline and set on FIRE❗️
Any foreign loooking/sounding individual has to provide ID to prove nationality or risk getting beat up by the mob.

Another victory!
Solidarity has just won the case against the Minister of Trade and Industry regarding race codes in the legal sector.
The race codes have been set aside.
The Minister must pay Solidarity’s legal costs.
Several major law firms joined Solidarity as applicants.
A major breakthrough against the government’s reckless race policy!

To the Government of South Africa 🇿🇦:
You call it many things, but rarely by its name, and that silence is telling.
Whatever term you choose to avoid, the substance remains: white farmers are being targeted, and you know it.
Your state media does not cover it with the urgency the death toll demands.
Your law enforcement has not treated the protection of farming communities as a priority.
Attacks continue, prosecutions lag, and farmers report being left to defend themselves.
That pattern, silence from your media, inaction from your police, no meaningful accounting from your government, is not neutral.
It is a choice, and it speaks louder than any statement you've issued.
The cover cannot hold forever; the facts are surfacing regardless of what you choose to report.
Thousands have died. There has been no reckoning, no visible remorse, and no serious campaign to stop the killing.
A government that will not name a crisis, will not report it, and will not stop it has made its priorities clear.
If you don’t believe #killtheboer is hate speech, you are sick!
Amanda Platt just gave the most powerful speech I think I have ever heard, to an international audience in Washington D.C.
She told her story - how she was attacked and severely beaten on a farm in South Africa, how they chanted 'Kill the Boer' while beating her, how she was saved and lives to tell her story, and how the 3'000 crosses that will soon be displayed on the National Mall will carry the names of people who have lost the voice to tell their stories.
The conference venue was in tears.
Chanting about the extermination of people has consequences. Denying that this is happening, or claiming that such chants do not have consequences is reckless and dangerous.
We cannot let them win. We need to find a solution for those who choose to remain in South Africa.

United States Ambassador to South Africa, Leo Brent Bozell, has issued a stark diplomatic ultimatum to President Cyril Ramaphosa, warning that Washington and Pretoria face a fundamental problem, if he refuses to publicly condemn the chant "Kill the Boer."
The "Kill the Boer" chant is an expensive, archaic political stunt that simply isn't worth this catastrophic breakdown in foreign relations.
South Africa's foreign policy is absolute trash.
It's illogical, sacrificing critical international alliances, trade agreements, and global credibility just to appease the radical, populist whims of a domestic political crowd.
It is the ultimate tragedy of a failing state: trading generational economic security for a few minutes of cheap applause from a crowd that cannot feed itself on slogans.

🇿🇦 Earlier today, South Africa’s Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) claimed on X that South Africa has the largest white population “outside the Northern Hemisphere.”
The post was deleted after users pointed out that the claim was false.
Argentina has an estimated 35 million white people, Australia nearly 20 million, while Brazil has more than 80 million and lies almost entirely in the Southern Hemisphere. South Africa’s white population is estimated at around 4.5 million.

Despite decades of racist discrimination against Whites, anti-White rhetoric in South Africa is only growing stronger.
The socialist ANC government’s failure to deliver on economic promises has led to the formation of more radical anti-White parties such as the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), which consistently calls for the killing of White people at their rallies.

Lamola is recklessly endangering South Africans’ jobs. His foolish conduct in America may well be the final straw that breaks AGOA’s back.
With his ideological “bravery”, he is putting tens of thousands of jobs at risk.
He is the Minister of International Relations, yet he behaved like an opposition populist towards South Africa’s most important trading partner.
He has fulfilled his own prophecy that South Africa should expect the worst.
He will not lose a night’s sleep, but workers will lose their jobs.

As @POTUS has made clear, the South African people are being failed by a government that is destroying its economy through an obsessive pursuit of racial grievance against the Afrikaner minority. The South African government has consistently failed to adequately address rural crime, violent and dehumanizing rhetoric, and race-based discriminatory policies against Afrikaners and other minority populations.
Today, I’m announcing a new visa restriction policy targeting foreign nationals who enact or enable policies that promote race-based discrimination, incite violence, or enable land confiscation without compensation in South Africa. Those responsible for these injustices have no place in the United States. state.gov/releases/office-of…

The ANC government is such a pathetic disappointment, really.
Seeing Bloemfontein old power station....
one massive white elephant.
Honestly.
We can't carry on like this....
P.S. We also can't privatise EVERYTHING...or this country will be unaffordable....It's vital to retain certain assets in the hand of the state, even then with a PPP...

Limpopo and the Eastern Cape are among the poorest provinces in South Africa and have the lowest GDP per capita. Yet these provinces keep voting for the ANC. They’ve been voting for the ANC for three decades. Why are voters so irresponsible in these provinces?

Whatever the result today, playing these games in the USA has been a massive success. Expect more of this.
The stadium is packed, the price of food and drinks clearly isn’t putting anyone off, people are having a great time, and there’s a massive halftime show.
Loads of American rugby fans here too, wearing either Bok or All Blacks kit. Rugby has a market here.

Speech at the European Parliament today. Message in brief: After 32 years of ANC rule, South Africa is becoming a failed state and minorities are being systematically excluded and alienated by racial quotas, BEE policies that stifle competence and growth, extreme violence, state capture and corruption, and an anti-Western foreign policy aligned with Russia, China, Iran and Cuba. Despite official hostility, we reject managed decline, demand an end to racial legislation, demand recognition of the rural security crisis and will protect our right to self-determination.
In Europe, we need a Western civilization that is still willing and able to defend itself and other Western peoples. Now is the time to join hands and make each other stronger.
