I C that @SteveBarclay has told R4 today programme he is meeting with doctors later today. Actually he cancelled the 9am meeting we had all rearranged our commitments 4 so he could do media and a further meeting is not yet agreed. Hopefully it will be soon @TheBMA.

JDC today voted to enter trade dispute on behalf of junior doctors in England with the Government over pay, recognising anger felt at years of damaging pay cuts, chronic staff shortages and persistent underfunding. A ballot for industrial action is planned for around January 9
