Why did Constellation open a European entity?
Benjamin Diggles answered that himself while walking through the GPS integrity demo:
"We got a patent filed for our solution for GPS integrity and we've been working with some of the largest names in the world on this all across the world. This is why we incorporated Constellation EU last year so we could open up our books to many of the folks in the European Union that are interested in this as well."

Diggles lays out a problem every AI consultancy has right now. Agents reading client repos on shared keys and nobody can say what $18,000 of spend bought or whose data went to which model.
