Marketcap all-time-highs reached
$SOL $134 billion
$ADA $98 billion
$DOGE $90 billion
$SHIB $54 billion
These marketcaps were achieved with ZERO realworld enterprise/government adoption
$DAG at $1 would be $3.9 billion
$DAG at $2 would be $7.8 billion
$DAG at $5 would be $19.5 billion
$DAG at $10 would be $39 billion
And "even at $10" that would be still far below $SHIB 😉
There absolutely ZERO reason why $DAG couldn't surpass ALL of the above mentioned.
Position accordingly.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Do NOT mess this up.
So, what did I just do here..
I bought a ticket for the Megapot Lottery, just by asking TheUpsider agent to do so.
I didn't need to visit the website,
I didn't need to sign up,
I had zero interaction with the company.
All I did was asking TheUpsider to buy me a ticket, and he executed the order from my Base wallet (which he also created earlier).
I only had to sent some $USDC there, and that's it.
Well done @joaopfc 👏🏼👏🏼
Your agent is way more than just an agent.

🧵 Two Constellation executives. Two interesting meetings. And one old name that keeps coming back: Iron SPIDR.
@digglesburner is with Panasonic @TOUGHBOOK discussing AI in the field.
@BenJorgensen is meeting Lithuanian government and AI representatives.
Now add @KinnamiData and NATO DIANA.
This gets interesting.
@Conste11ation is part of Panasonic’s TOUGHBOOK Advisory Council.
Diggles recently joined leaders from PG&E, Michigan State Police and Henderson Fire to discuss rugged hardware, availability and AI in the field.
But the relationship goes much deeper.
Iron SPIDR was integrated on a Panasonic TOUGHBOOK 40 and demonstrated with the U.S. Department of Defense.
Constellation later described the collaboration as a path toward commercializing the Iron SPIDR Federal Platform.
TOUGHBOOK + Iron SPIDR has already been demonstrated.
Constellation then joined Panasonic Connect’s XCELERATE program.
Digital Evidence, rooted in earlier DoD / Iron SPIDR work, later entered the Panasonic story around trusted first-responder data.
Now @digglesburner is discussing AI in the field with the TOUGHBOOK Advisory Council.
Now @BenJorgensen.
In September, he represented @Conste11ation and @aiaiholdings at the Lithuania–U.S. Business Forum in Miami.
They met representatives from the Lithuanian government, AI Factory in Lithuania and Invest Lithuania.
Lithuania is building LitAI, an AI Factory initiative whose priorities include cybersecurity and defence.
Lithuania is also a NATO member.
That doesn’t make this a NATO meeting.
But remember the environment.
Because another company is much closer to the NATO side:
@KinnamiData.
Kinnami has taken AmiShare into NATO DIANA environments involving distributed platforms, tactical communications and degraded connectivity.
UAVs. UGVs. Maritime systems. Heterogeneous networks.
Mission data that must survive when connectivity doesn’t.
Kinnami and Constellation previously worked together on Iron SPIDR.
AmiShare provided resilient distributed data capabilities.
Constellation brought Hypergraph technology.
Complementary parts of mission-critical infrastructure.
Kinnami has since moved deeper into AI.
Through @nvidia Connect, it is advancing GPU-accelerated AI at the tactical edge, including on-device models, sensor fusion and distributed edge intelligence.
One branch:
Iron SPIDR → Kinnami → NATO DIANA → NVIDIA / Edge AI
The other:
Iron SPIDR → Constellation → Panasonic TOUGHBOOK → Digital Evidence → AI in the field
Constellation is also moving toward AI auditability, governance and distributed inference through @_GateAI.
Same starting point.
Two evolving branches.
So what if they eventually converge again?
Panasonic TOUGHBOOK
↓
Rugged field compute
Kinnami / AmiShare
↓
Resilient mission data
NVIDIA
↓
Edge AI
Constellation
↓
Verification, provenance & accountability
Where would such an architecture become interesting?
Exactly the environments NATO DIANA is exploring:
Autonomous systems. Distributed platforms. Intermittent connectivity. Edge computing. Coalition interoperability. AI-assisted operations.
This doesn’t establish a @Conste11ation NATO DIANA deployment.
But the technological overlap is hard to ignore.
Which brings us back to Iron SPIDR.
Maybe its significance was never just one federal project.
It demonstrated a broader architecture:
Resilient data + secure exchange + heterogeneous systems + independent verification.
Now add rugged computing and AI at the tactical edge.
Suddenly it looks remarkably current.
So I’m watching:
Benjamin Diggles at Panasonic.
Benjamin Jorgensen around Lithuania’s AI ecosystem.
Kinnami moving through NATO DIANA and edge AI.
Maybe these developments never converge.
Maybe they do.
But Constellation, Kinnami and Panasonic TOUGHBOOK have crossed paths before.
The name connecting that history?
Iron SPIDR.

🧵 From Iron SPIDR to Panasonic TOUGHBOOK.
Today, @Conste11ation says it is part of Panasonic’s TOUGHBOOK Advisory Council.
@digglesburner sat with leaders from PG&E, Michigan State Police and Henderson Fire to discuss budgets, uptime, rugged hardware and AI in the field.
The relationship didn’t start today. 👇
In October 2024, Constellation joined Panasonic Connect’s XCELERATE program.
The goal: explore how Hypergraph technology could complement @TOUGHBOOK devices in environments where secure, verifiable data matters.
Defense.
Logistics.
Public safety.
But the foundation was older.
Iron SPIDR emerged from Constellation’s work with the U.S. Department of Defense around secure communications and mission-critical data integrity.
That work helped lay the foundation for what later became Digital Evidence.
In March 2025, Digital Evidence launched.
Instead of simply trusting that digital records haven’t changed, it creates cryptographic fingerprints that can be independently verified.
Constellation explicitly identified TOUGHBOOK as a potential channel for public safety deployments.
Then came June 2025.
Constellation published:
“Bridging Trust: Panasonic Connect & Constellation’s Digital Evidence for Unbreakable First Responder Data Assurance.”
The architecture:
Panasonic devices
↓
Source-level hashing
↓
Digital Evidence / Hypergraph
↓
Existing cloud systems
The original operational data doesn’t need to live on-chain.
Only its cryptographic fingerprints are anchored for verification.
By February 2026, the story had moved another step forward.
In an article about verifiable data for agentic AI, Constellation stated that Digital Evidence was already being used in first-responder contexts through Panasonic initiatives.
And it tied that technology directly back to Iron SPIDR.
Defense research → commercial product → public safety.
Now fast-forward to October 15, 2026.
Constellation says it is part of @panasonic‘s TOUGHBOOK Advisory Council.
Benjamin Diggles joined leaders from PG&E, Michigan State Police and Henderson Fire.
Among the topics discussed:
AI in the field. 👀
What today’s announcement adds is continuity.
The relationship has evolved from rugged hardware and verifiable mission-critical data to first-responder applications.
Now, AI in the field is part of the conversation.
And that brings the earlier work around trusted, verifiable data into an interesting new context.
The progression is becoming interesting:

AI in the field
Reliable AI decisions need reliable data.
And reliable data needs the ability to verify where it came from and whether it has been altered.
That is the thread connecting these developments.
The technology relationship came first.
The applications are still evolving.

Connecting siloed systems used to cost a fortune or wasn’t possible at all
Now AI does it for a few dollars in tokens
AI tools will even write the secure API for you
Build the API, then share your data back with partners
That openness is what makes you hard to replace and it gives everyone the real-time situational awareness to make faster decisions
Constellation built Digital Evidence on the same idea
It’s blockchain as an API
Call it from what you already run and your data gets a fingerprint any partner can check
You don’t need a node or a crypto wallet

$ALKIMI
This is not an "Alkimi is going to launch" message, but rather a clear message that it ain't over, and they are still working. That's the message.
Here's what I've found ⬇️
A new website (https:// concourse. agency) recently launched in early September 2026. The domain was registered on September 7, 2026 (via RDAP/WHOIS data).
Public announcement: Ben Putley (CEO/co-founder of Alkimi) published a LinkedIn article titled “Why I Built Concourse” on October 1, 2026. It describes the site as the home of their new AI media-buying benchmark (v1), notes that the first version had “just locked,” and links directly to Concourse agency.
This means: The methodology, rules, buying situations, seller policies, evaluation criteria, and results were finalized.
Also Alkimi has been actively promoting the results on LinkedIn in early October 2026.
The Alkimi team is still building.
That's the message. $ALKIMI

🧵 The Rochon family just made another $26.8 million move into @aiaiholdings.
On its own, that’s interesting.
But when you place it beside the evolving relationship between AIAI, M42 and @Conste11ation, it becomes another piece of a much bigger story. 👇
The transaction is important to understand correctly.
The Rochon family, through controlled entities, purchased approximately $26.8 million worth of AIAI shares from an existing shareholder.
So this was not a $26.8M capital injection into AIAI.
It was a strategic purchase of existing shares.
And the name behind the purchase matters.
John P. Rochon is also the founder and controlling shareholder behind M42.
That immediately connects this transaction to a story we’ve been following for months.
Because M42 and AIAI were already connected before this purchase.
AIAI’s Transformational AI architecture is tied to technology licensed from M42.
Under their Master Licensing Agreement, AIAI obtained rights to use, develop and build upon the M42 AI Platform within its designated field.
But the connections go deeper.
M42 and Constellation were already working together before Constellation became part of AIAI.
In November 2025, M42, @Conste11ation and DFNN announced a strategic collaboration in the Philippines.
The initiative combined:
M42 → Transformational AI
Constellation → Hypergraph infrastructure
DFNN → regulated operations and market access
The initial focus included the national lottery ecosystem, with broader potential applications across regulated financial and digital markets.
Then the corporate structure began changing.
In May 2026, AIAI acquired @Conste11ation.
Suddenly, technology that had already been working alongside M42 was sitting inside AIAI itself.
And the M42/AIAI relationship continued evolving.
In August, AIAI announced discussions with M42 regarding potential acquisitions across areas including:
• defense
• intelligence
• healthcare
• gaming
• rare earths
Then came another important development.
In September, M42 agreed to contribute a controlling position in an entity holding a military-equipment Teaming Agreement to AIAI.
Under the announced structure, AIAI would pay no cash or stock for that controlling position.
The transaction was expected to close in October, subject to definitive agreements and closing conditions.
Now add the latest development.
The Rochon family has purchased another $26.8 million of AIAI shares.
And according to AIAI CEO @TFurniss, the family shares management’s view that AIAI’s stock is significantly undervalued.
That is management’s assessment, of course, not an independent valuation.
But capital speaks too.
The family behind M42 is increasing its economic exposure to AIAI while the strategic relationship between the two organizations has simultaneously been getting deeper.
That doesn’t tell us what happens next.
But the sequence is difficult to ignore.

Technology relationship first.
Corporate alignment second.
Now capital is moving too.
What comes next remains to be seen.
But the pieces were already connected before the corporate structure started moving closer together.
And now the financial alignment is becoming harder to overlook.

AI compute market is around $500B
Constellation's inference plan would turn spare gaming rigs and Macs into AI servers
They'd serve models while their owners aren't using them paid in $DAG per request
What qualifies
• 16GB+ VRAM on Windows or Linux, or 32GB+ unified memory on a Mac
• Common cards that clear the bar: RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5080, RX 9070 XT, plus 24GB cards like the 3090 and 4090
• On Mac, the M6 Mac mini can be configured up to 32GB and the M5 Pro Mac mini reaches 64GB
How much is out there
• 16GB is the most common VRAM tier on Steam, at 26.92% in August
• In July, another 5.43% ran 24GB
• In one retail count, none of 15 current cards above $500 ship with 8GB so new mid-to-high-end buyers clear the bar by default
What it could mean for $DAG
• About 400 node operators run on MainNet, IntegrationNet and TestNet today, with roughly 600 more on the waiting list
• The new validator set is cutting back to 30
• Alex's own server ran $809 in tokens at API rates over 30 days
If just 200 of those 1,000 people have qualifying hardware and fill it with paid requests at that rate, that's about $160K a month in $DAG bought on the open market
These operators are already invested in the ecosystem
