Ungoverned LLM and MCP usage spreads faster than the policy meant to cover it.
Much of the access to internal and third-party tools still runs on shared keys, with no per-user accountability and no audit trail. That is an API management problem arriving through an AI door.

It’s frustrating that Qatar Airways’ account login seems to have an ongoing OTP issue. I’m unable to access my account because the SMS OTP simply never arrives, despite having received OTPs on the same number before.
