Call it a St Paddyβs Day miracle but itβs finally out on this special day. Very proud of this team effort. This also represents my first paper for my @MSCActions PDF as we also address short comings in the identification of MU behaviour in underrepresented populations.

Science is a career full of rejection & self doubt. Most scientists don't go around collecting awards & kudos but sit there wondering if anyone reads our papers. Telling a scientist whose work you like that you value & appreciate what they do is a small & very meaningful gesture.

It's never too late to tweet some good news. π I'm excited to be collaborating on two of these funded projects: 1. Improving our door to needle time in stroke patients; & 2. Assessing skin thickness & its importance in radiotherapy treatment planning. Stay tuned!
Eight #UWaterloo researchers have received $25K each to develop health-tech solutions for @grhospitalkw, @StMarysGenHosp and @Kw4Oht, made possible through the Graham Seed Fund (GSF).

That Friday afternoon excitement for a manuscript submission! This team worked so hard on this research project and we couldnβt be more proud to celebrate this milestone!
I've now been @GRHresearch for 1.5 years & it's been an incredible experience. I always wanted to work at a hospital in R&I. This week, I officially received ethics approval to start my first research project. I'm excited & grateful for this opportunity to grow my research.
This all wouldn't be possible without the support from an amazing team in the medical physics department & @cgirolam .
