🌟 One of the most rewarding parts of my career is having the opportunity to mentor and learn alongside the next generation of technology professionals. A huge shoutout to the interns I had the privilege of working with as we pitched a design idea to the Our Daily Break non-profit organization (NPO). 💡. Although we did not win, the feedback was incredibly encouraging. The NPO shared that we missed the top spot by only a few points. That is something this team is very proud of. 👏 Over the course of the project, these five interns demonstrated what success looks like: 🔍 Conducting meaningful research and comparing with other organizations. 💭 Asking thoughtful and insightful questions to the NPO 📊 Creating a polished slide deck 💻 Building a prototype demo ⏱️ Delivering the presentation within the allotted time What impressed me most was not just the final presentation, but their willingness to learn, collaborate, adapt, and support one another throughout the entire journey. Watching their confidence grow was just as rewarding as the project itself. The future is incredibly bright for each of them, and I am excited to see the impact they will make in the years ahead.
