I was born to solve this problem.

By God voice notes are annoying. It’s the sender presumably saving time or work on their side—dictating while driving or walking—in order to burden you with listening to a mini-podcast for minutes something you’d have read at a glance. Or it’s illiterates who can’t type.

Not quite prompts but more like mood enhancers. Positive vibes works both ways in a session, also trying to habituate positivity. “Hey this looks great! but…” “What! I didn’t know you could do that!” @talktasticAI helps when I don’t really want to type. Deskmates probably think I am crazy.

The best way to build products is to never get into the trap of imagining a user will do any work to figure out anything. The moment you start describing how a user will learn how something works you’ve designed the product wrong.

With the rapid shift to voice as an effective #ai interface using tools like @talktasticAI , I wonder if there’s a technology that is similar to noise cancelling headphones that you can use to ‘shield’ a microphone in realtime to prevent your voice from being broadcast across the office?

Trying @talktasticAI (on slow Internet). Very promising! Would be cool to have an on-device only mode. Will have to try when on faster internet. news.pub/?try=https://www.yo…

Unpopular opinion: politicians and senior officials should be paid dramatically more. Congresspeople make $174k. The President makes $400k. 10x this to attract better talent and reduce the incentive to do favors in exchange for lavish private gigs after leaving office.
