2,536 days ago I started working for the sweetest growers at @asbg as their Executive Director. I have learned so much from these amazing farm families who work so hard to grow #ABsugar22. Thank you for giving me the ability to work for you. I’m riding off to @Rockheartranch

A huge shoutout and thank you to @AFSC_AB for sending me to the @advancing_women conference. Pre-conference seminar with @MenopauseChicks is outstanding and helping so many women! Can’t wait to see what the rest of the conference brings. #gratitude #advancingwomen

Today I was honoured to receive this award and feel so much gratitude to this industry which has given me so much. I don’t feel like I do anything special and just tell the story of agriculture whenever I can. Thank you to AFSC & to the special individual that nominated me.

We are smart. We are kind. We should have choice. Thinking of the women in the U.S today and the battle they have to fight again to have their choice. #staystrong #RoeVsWadeOverturned #sad #disappointed

Roe vs Wade was and should be a fundamental right of all women. Men can have a voice on this matter. But not a vote. Let’s hope Canada doesn’t fall off the same cliff.

Feeling nervous right now. Wind has come up and it’s a prescribed burn in the park. #stress

These pictures are making us crave some of this delicious bread from @french50bakery in Okotoks, AB! Not only do they have incredible homemade baked goods, but they also use our sustainably grown, 100% Canadian sugar! #ABsugar22 #supportlocal
