I reported that a DA had a "fighting antisemitism" page on his campaign website that highlights his felony prosecution of Palestine student protestors.After defense attys dug up more evidence of conflict, the DA was recused––a rare outcome.
Now the state AG has dropped the case.

July 4th was 10 yrs since Anthony Nuñez was shot & killed by San Jose Police. He was 18 yrs old & had a mental health crisis. His cousin called for help & SJPD shot Anthony within 3 min of arriving. Over the last decade his family has uplifted & fought for Anthony’s name & story.
