Standing on the idea that the one black conservative lineman should be a Nigerian from the Houston or DC/Baltimore suburbs.
Almost like you shouldn’t draft a player with a high pick that depends on other players for success.
Especially if you’re drafting in the top half of the first round. Like I promise you have more glaring needs.

This dude went from a literal socialist in 2016 to a Republican in 2026 over one issue. Guess which.
I admire Democrats making this choice.
I’m supporting Rogers because he is not an extremist. As a father, public safety matters to me. I don’t trust Abdul El-Sayed, but I trust Mike Rogers on the issues that matter most.
Mike Rogers has shown he’s willing and ready to work with local Democrats on achievable bread-and-butter issues to improve life for Michiganders. I respect that.
Oh brother
He says Israel is NOT our ally. NOT our ally. Look, hate Netanyahu all you want, oppose the current Israeli government all you want, but if you don’t believe Israel is our ally, you don’t belong in the U.S. Senate. No Jew in Michigan who supports the state of Israel should vote for him. He just plain hates Israel. Fuck him.

Abdul El-Sayed tells ABC News in new interview that Israel isn’t an ally of the United States:
“An ally that takes your money to push you into wars you shouldn't be fighting is not an ally.”
“If your kid has a friend who keeps bumming off their money, talks about them behind their back, and gets them into fights with other friends, what would you tell your kid? You’d probably tell them maybe it’s not actually your friend.”

It's funny that you can tell the interviewer didn't expect Abdul to get so passionate right here lol

They’re just not serious people. I don’t know how these people sleep at night

Here’s a taste of a digital ad from the AIPAC connected Empowering Black America PAC, which ran ads on behalf of moderate Democrats during the primary cycle, now spending against Democrat Abdul El-Sayed ahead of the general election

I firmly believe we should embrace this take. Mamdani is the new political center, meaning anyone to his right is objectively a conservative—even The Atlantic agrees!
