No law should be allowed to become a weapon against the innocent.
If its misuse cannot be stopped, its abolition must be on the table.
Laws must serve justice, not become instruments of injustice.

RULE OF LAW PREVAILS.
Today, Mr. Nikhil Wagle (@waglenikhil) has tendered an unconditional apology for his abusive post and has confirmed that the post stands deleted.
This is not a moment of personal victory. This is a reaffirmation of a fundamental principle that binds every citizen of this Republic, no one is above the law.
The dignity of the judiciary is not a matter of personal sentiment. It is the foundation on which public confidence in the administration of justice rests. When that dignity is attacked with deliberate abuse, the law provides a remedy, and that remedy must be pursued without fear or favour.
I thank every citizen who stood for the institution of the judiciary in this matter. Your support reaffirms that the people of India still hold the highest judicial office of this country in the respect it deserves.
Let this serve as a reminder to all:
1. Free speech is a sacred right.
2. It is not a licence to scandalise the Court or undermine the authority of the judiciary.
3. Accountability is not optional. It is the price of living in a constitutional democracy.
The law is equal. The law is supreme. And the law has spoken.

Since Nikhil Wagle (@waglenikhil) chose not to delete the offensive posts and tender an unconditional apology despite being put on formal notice, I was constrained to take the next step in accordance with law.
An application under Section 15(1)(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been submitted to the Ld. Attorney General for India seeking consent to initiate criminal contempt proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Arrogance, insolence, and stubbornness are no defence against the law. He will learn, the hard way, that no one is above the law.
To all the beautiful young patriots in India:
This is not the time to be silent. @abhijeet_dipke and the @Cockroachisback are being funded by donors in the U.S. who are against Prime Minister @NarendraModi and your future under his leadership. Do not fear, my young patriots. Your Prime Minister, who has served India for 25 years, 12 years as Prime Minister, elected three consecutive terms, is not going to bow to disruptive forces from my country.
And these select donors have a pattern globally - target conservative global leaders, find an U.S. educated person from the country, radicalize them, send them back to the country, and fund them to start chaos and destruction. None of them have been successful but have impacted the development and governance of the country.

No, Mr Modi. You cannot have a Congress-Mukt Bharat. Because you cannot erase the soul of India. I think you always knew it, but yesterday you saw it at close proximity near your own home.
India’s DNA carries the indelible legacy of Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Lala Lajpat Rai, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and countless extraordinary men and women who sacrificed, struggled and dreamed of a free India.
They did not fight for a country where one man would become bigger than its Constitution. They did not sacrifice their lives so that democracy could be reduced to the whims of a ruling party. They did not give up their lives so that some snake- oil salesman would done day destroy the Idea of India they curated: a democratic socialist republic, inclusive, secular and united.
They fought for freedom. For dignity. For equality. For justice. For INDIA. Not for a few sugar daddies who ran the country like their VIP lounge in a glittering skyscraper.
You can ridicule the Congress. You can abuse its leaders. You can spend billions calling Rahul Gandhi names. You can unleash political propaganda, rewrite history, misuse institutions and attempt to intimidate the opposition. But you cannot delete history. You cannot extinguish an idea. And you cannot defeat the collective conscience of 1.4 billion Indians. The Gen Z, with Neha Bora and Abhijeet Dipke leading them, are India’s future. Don’t barricade them. They will push back. As will the Congress.
In short, Mr Modi, you wanted a Congress-Mukt Bharat. But India was never meant to be Opposition-Mukt. It was meant to be Fear-Mukt. Hate-Mukt. Injustice-Mukt. Corruption-Mukt. And that is the India we shall fight for. I am sure you will agree that it is a legitimate cause. Before I forget, banning Jantar Mantar as a protest site was a petty move. Terrible. The optics are awful for you personally. Your advisers are misleading you, Prime Minister.
I saw the protest rally in Delhi yesterday on my TV screens in Mumbai, and told myself: Yesterday Once More.
The struggle has only just begun, Sir!

On 7 October, Starlink was ready with 20 gateways.
On 8 October, Musk went after India’s telecom giants.
He accused them of blocking Starlink.
But is this really about internet?
Or something much bigger?
Let me take you behind the curtain.
Starlink belongs to SpaceX.
SpaceX also operates Starshield.
And Starshield is no ordinary internet service.
It is built for the Pentagon and CIA.
Military communications.
Earth observation.
Intelligence infrastructure.
Secret Information gathering.
Now comes the interesting part.
A classified SpaceX programme was exposed by Reuters.
The reported contract?
~$1.8 billion.
The customer?
America’s National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
The NRO is part of the US Intelligence.
And the mission?
Build a network of intelligence satellites.
Capable of tracking targets on Earth.
Think about that.
The same company claiming to bring internet to India...
Secretly builds intelligence infrastructure for Pentagon.
It raises a far more dangerous question.
Who controls the network?
The satellites?
SpaceX.
The software?
SpaceX.
Terminal activation?
SpaceX.
Remote updates?
SpaceX.
Network management?
SpaceX.
Then comes the data.
Terminal locations.
Connection times.
Traffic patterns.
Network information.
Subscriber metadata.
And this information is an asset for any intelligence agency.
India may legally regulate Starlink.
But can India technically control it?
That is the difference.
Legal sovereignty.
And technical sovereignty.
India already has mobile connectivity in over 98% of its villages.
We are expanding fibre.
We are building indigenous 4G infrastructure.
Yet we are giving approval to foreign satellite internet.
If the Indian Bureaucracy believes that, America is India’s partner.
Then they are just in a false dream.
We made the mistake of exposing ourselves to American Social Media.
We should never repeat that same mistake with Satellites.
