YPF Edo South Combined Service today is one I won't forget in a hurry. The prayer session was one of a kind. I haven't felt this good in church in a very long time. The message was timely as well. Indeed, it's always a refreshing time in God's presence. #GCKPakistan – at Benin-City, Nigeria

I don't even understand the application of some courses in Nigeria. Can't we have our own construction companies? Must we give road and bridge constructions projects to a white man? I honestly don't like driving on roads and see them giving orders to citizens doing the hard labour. Where are our trained engineers?

Good morning everyone Redness in the eye is a symptom, not a disease. Eye redness has many possible causes, it could be due to dryness, allergies, infections, eye strain, lack of sleep, smoke, or dust. It can signal serious conditions like keratitis, uveitis, glaucoma, or an injury. This one comes with pain, so never ignore whitening drops are a quick fix that hide the redness without addressing the actual cause. The eyedrops shrink blood vessels temporarily. They do not treat the underlying cause. Stop buying whitening drops like visine, it will never treat it parmanently, the best way to makes your eyes white is by talking to your eye doctor to know the actual cause and address it. Also some people's eye are naturally not white. Your lifestyle and environment plays a role aswell Have a great day ahead 🎉

I saw many cases of Apollo today, from school children to parents. Protect yourself by regular hand washing and avoiding contact with the dischage from an infected child. Note that you cannot get apollo by mere looking of a person's eye, you get it by contact with the discharge from the infected eye.

The patient I saw today almost lost her eye because of delaying a visit to the clinic. She was trying to bring down an electric iron from the top of a drawer in her room when it accidentally fell directly on her left eye. The injury happened three days ago, but instead of seeking medical attention, she only took paracetamol, hoping the pain would go away and that her vision would return. By the time she came to the clinic, the eye was in a much worse condition than it would have been if she had sought help immediately. Painkillers can reduce pain, but they do not treat eye injuries or prevent damage inside the eye. Any injury to the eye should be treated as an emergency, especially if there is pain, blurred vision, bleeding, swelling, double vision, or a sudden loss of sight. Do not ignore it or wait for it to “heal on its own.” Do not rub the eye or apply traditional remedies. Do not use over-the-counter eye drops unless prescribed. Seek prompt evaluation by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. The difference between saving and losing vision is sometimes just a matter of hours. Never take an eye injury lightly
