This is how to perform CPR if someone needs it around you. Share this video. You might save a life doing so. And tag a friend who needs to learn this. 1. Make sure the person is safe 2. Call for help 3. Check for breathing 4. Place the heel of your hand in between the chest 5. Compress chest 30 times 6. Raise jaw and breathe into mouth 7. Repeat this process until you get the required help

I'm excited. If you follow me and if you are my friend, you'll be excited and want to purchase. If you don't support... you are simply not a friend and I'll place you where you belong... But if you are excited... spread the word... its a great gift to humanity... Truly.

What if your body could actually talk? What if you have a bible for your body? What would your uterus say about fibroids? What would your ovaries say about infertility? What would your womb say about pregnancy? M What would your body say about the things you've been too afraid to ask? I wrote a book around that idea. Coming this weekend!!... turn on my notification.

Our first drone test flight worked, although it crash-landed. But tomorrow, our stars will improve it and perfect it. This is the real definition of education for me. Every child has been so engaged, deeply involved, and super excited to learn and create things. They are applying the knowledge of maths and science to create something meaningful. The future is looking exciting.

I think every student who graduates with a First Class from any Nigerian university should have 100% of their school fees refunded, plus a ₦1 million excellence bonus. I came across a similar incentive model in the Netherlands, and it made me think. Imagine the message it would send: Hard work pays. Excellence is rewarded. Instead of only celebrating academic success with certificates, why not attach real value to it? It could fundamentally change how many students approach their education.

I will be running another experiment. The top 40 students in Enugu from the last Olympiad will engage in a 3-week bootcamp to learn some critical skills with precision. They will learn how to build drones from the ground up, auto mechanics, precision welding, electrical work, and basic programming. Some experts will fly into Enugu for the period to train them on these skills. It will run from August 10 to August 30. If this works as planned, then it will give us stronger validation for the skill development program we are currently designing. Don’t be tired of my experiments. Whatever works, we scale quickly.

One of the reasons I share almost everything we're doing in the South East is simple: I want you to copy it. If a strategy gets more children learning, gets more students excited about STEM, raises academic standards, or inspires excellence, don't admire it from afar or criticize Alex. Replicate it in your region. Improve it. Scale it. Africa has spent too much time protecting ideas instead of spreading what works. I don't want the South East to be the exception. I want it to become the template for Africa civilization. Imagine every region in Nigeria building its own Olympiads, ranking schools, training teachers, identifying talent, and making education a public movement. Imagine every African country adapting the same ideas to fit their own realities. That's how continents change. Education is Africa's greatest opportunity. If something works, copy it.

Recently, my mom was on admission. Everyday, myself, my siblings and my dad were at the hospital. We kept her company till 10pm before we dispersed, with one person staying back overnight. Everyday, I looked around and saw the entire family and I smiled. It made me realized part of the ressons I hated living abroad. Your love one is sick and all you can do is send money. Meanwhile, your heart is beating fast because you cant see them. There is celebration or random Sunday family gathering and you are the only one missing. The reason I always show up in person for anything is that money cannot fill the place of presence. It is the memories we share that lingers. Many families can't gather together anymore for celebration or caregiving. The only time some families can gather now is burial, and even burial no dey see complete family again. Nigeria has to work for the next generation. They deserve to gather around with their cousins, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, parents, and grandparents on a random Sunday.

CHILDHOOD OBESITY IS NOT ENJOYMENT, DEAR NIGERIAN MOMS AND DADS. Dear Parents, When Love Feeds Too Much I say this with love. Because love, real love, is not silence when truth is needed. I have seen mothers beam proudly at their round babies. their cheeks folding into their necks, their arms buried beneath rolls of softness and I have heard the chorus: 'Ah, doctor, he’s enjoying!' And I smile, but my heart aches. Because I know that enjoyment is not obesity. Enjoyment is health. Enjoyment is balance, a child whose heart does not labour before its time, whose pancreas is not already tired, whose tiny joints will not ache too soon. Childhood obesity is not cute. It is not wealth. It is not 'God’s blessing in abundance.' It is a slow, silent inheritance of suffering- whispering diabetes, calling hypertension, inviting heart disease long before adulthood. And yet, I understand. We feed because love, for many of us, is measured in food. We feed to prove care, to show abundance, to say we can now afford what our parents could not. But sometimes, love becomes indulgence. Sometimes, feeding becomes soothing. Sometimes, portion sizes become proof of prosperity and in doing so, we wound with what we call care. So, dear mothers and fathers, let us raise healthy children, not heavy ones. Let us teach them the joy of movement, not the comfort of stillness. Let us choose fruit over fizzy drinks, water over sweetened milk, playtime over endless screen time. Because true enjoyment is not in the folds of a baby’s arms. It is in the rhythm of a strong heartbeat. It is in the laughter of a child who runs freely. It is in the peace of a body that will carry them into adulthood without pain. This is not judgment. This is love, firm, truthful, and deeply protective. Because health begins in the arms that rock the cradle.
Why will you even open your eyes and let your child be this Chunky????

young ladies who donate eggs for money. listen up. ● it is noble to donate your eggs to help couples ● do not donate more than 2 times within a space of 3 months. you could put yourself at risk of complications. ● your eggs can never get finished when you donate ● if you are above 30, it is not advisable for you to donate eggs. ● IVF centres, don't take advantage of these donors. Lots of couples TTC depend on them.
I sold my eggs in 2020 for 150k I later got to know it was 950k The agent took 800k and gave me 150k 😭😭😭😭😭
