Today was me mamma’s funeral, which was obviously a sad day but also a lovely celebration of everything that made her so amazing. Loved talking about old times, including her occasional cameos on the radio when she inevitably stole the show like this ❤️⬇️

Cold and dark January nights are the best for watching films, so here's a few recommendations from me 🍿
I've put together a list and some rambling thoughts on my favourites of 2025 👇
Please feel free to read and share. It's always appreciated! 🫡😃

Just listening to The Beatles White Album. Potentially controversial view but I reckon Neil the baby’s version of blackbird is better than the original #Gavinandstacey #gavinandstaceythefinale
The lad’s commentary has been used by BBC Sport.
My commentary has been used on the telly AND the McRib is back for the drive home scoff. Warra day! 🐝

For all of his undoubted brilliance as a manager I’d love to know what Pep thinks about letting Cole Palmer go. He’s the most natural English talent I’ve seen since Gazza. Genuinely world class. Is Pep the sporting equivalent of the guy that turned down The Beatles?
Whoever hasn’t take a penalty before Johnny Evans must be pretty shit at penalties. #CommunityShield
She has one hell of a job on her hands but I’m hugely impressed with @RachelReevesMP to date. Good to have proper people in charge at last.
Football has gone. I’m English but if anyone has kicked anyone it’s Kane that’s done the kicking #EURO2024 The technology is absolutely ruining football.
My take on the election debate. I’d respect politicians more if they were prepared to say “You’re a liar. You’re talking bollocks” or something like that. #Election2024
I was worried that Starmer wasn’t great (OK but not great) but Rishi is just dire. Liz Truss aside we’ve never had a worse PM and I never thought I’d say that being the son of a coal miner and having lived through Thatcher. #BattleForNo10
As a life long labour supporter I’ll never understand why @UKLabour don’t propose tax on capital gains at the same rate as income. To me it’s a freebie. It’s easy money. No one can raise a logical argument against it or am I missing something? #BattleForNo10
I know I won’t be the first to say this but loving the symbolism of Sunak calling an election whilst getting pissed on.
That’s why I love the non VAR championship. Possible foul by Faas, possible offside but no whistle, no flag so immediate celebration. #LCFC
Games like this are why I’d always have Albrighton on the bench. Idea sub for this sort of situation.
#ENGvWAL 71 minutes gone. England take the lead v Wales. I’m calling it now. England to record the shittest Grand Slam of all time.
