So Leicestershire have 8 of their 27 points back, and still plan to appeal the rest.
Interesting statement too, as it doesn’t paint the ECB in the best light - if I’m reading that right, it effectively says they didn’t tell the Disciplinary Panel about their own rules… Yikes.
