If you ever wondered what old computers are in my garage, now's a time for a sneak peek! Had the amazing Kurt Schlosser from @geekwire join me as I talked about old computers, AI, the future of software development, and what I really do with an old DEC Teletype! Check out the article here: geekwire.com/2026/retro-tech…

Many fields have deep experts who have yet to become “AI pilled.” There’s a wealth of progress to unlock once these experts start working closely with AI. I can’t wait.
I would love to see more historians, biologists, physicists, etc using AI video. We simply do not have enough accurate video of what life was like at the time of the dinosaurs, or the surface of Io, or Ancient Rome, etc. No money in it AI video allows experts to show us directly

one quality I like in successful founders is that they are all to a big extent delusional they treat their idea as inevitable like not a single thing can wobble them off their path

It takes some real chutzpah to buy 18 eggs, return 17 perfectly good ones and a single cracked hardboiled egg and say "You need to take these back (and these out because) because I didn't read the giant label on the box."

It's not like the people who buy these don't eat eggs. And waiting in the Costco return line - this couldn't possibly be time-efficient for anybody. Just...eat them? Why is this bothering me so much?!?

Forget Google. 80% of shoppers now get answers without clicking a link. If AI can’t find you, you don’t exist. Here are the exact steps and mega prompts I used to get my business mentioned by AI: 🧵👇
