For people following the DEA's intent to move 7-OH to Schedule 1, (if the below pre-publication copy of the scheduling order is real and not fabricated), the DEA will publish the scheduling orders for 7-OH and 2 related substances in the Federal Register on Wednesday August 26.
(Correction to my above post: The document repeatedly refers to the covered substances as "7 hydroxymitraginine-related substances" but does not include 7-OH itself in the scheduling order. The order only covers mitragynine pseudoindoxyl and MGM 15-16. It does not cover 7-OH in this Order.)
