If the police knock on your door about a social media post, ask them to identify themselves (name, constable number, or warrant card) and state their reason for visiting. You are not obligated to open the door or let them in unless they present a valid warrant or cite a specific legal power, such as Section 17 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (e.g., to arrest for a serious crime or prevent harm). Politely ask if you are being accused of a crime and, if so, what offence. If they request a voluntary interview and no crime is alleged, inform them you will consider attending with legal representation and will record the interview (with their knowledge). If the visit concerns a non-crime hate incident, ask for clarification and remind them of the Miller v College of Policing case (2020), which requires police to act proportionately and respect your free speech rights under Article 10 of the Human Rights Act 1998. Stay calm, note the officers’ details, and seek legal advice promptly if unsure. If you believe the police’s actions are unlawful, you can make a complaint or seek legal action later Powers of Entry: Police MAY have warrantless entry powers under Section 17 of PACE for serious (indictable) offences or urgent situations Voluntary Interview: You have the right to legal representation and transparency in recording interviews, aligning with PACE and Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. Miller Case and NCHIs: The Miller case is a reminder of proportionality and free speech rights Recording Interactions: While not legally required, informing police you’re recording (e.g., via a doorbell camera) can deter misconduct at the time of the door knock. Covert recordings are legal but may not be admissible in court Complaints: If police act unlawfully (e.g., unwarranted entry or disproportionate NCHI investigation), you can complain to the force or the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) or pursue legal action for trespass or rights violations The above courtesy of Lawyers of Ligh

#wearecharliekirk Now the rats want to come out of the woodwork. They couldn't beat him in life, so they try and slander him in death when he can no longer whip em senseless with a rebuttal. Intellectual cowards, the lot of you! No matter... We The People will take it from here. Charlie's legacy WILL live on despite your best (and rather pathetic) efforts!

🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: An American cancer patient and Trump supporter was confronted by British police and told to apologise for her online posts or face an investigation. Deborah Anderson, a mother of two, was visited at her home in June by an officer from Thames Valley Police. He told her someone had lodged a complaint about her social media posts. She told him she was an American citizen and a member of the Free Speech Union and he should be investigating burglaries and rapes, not hurty words on social media. Chillingly, he told her he was there to get her to apologise to the person who was offended by her posts. If she refused, she’d be questioned down at the station. What was Deborah’s supposed crime? The policeman didn’t tell her. Was it her passionate support of President Trump and the MAGA movement on her Facebook and X pages? To make it worse, Deborah is in the midst of cancer treatment, including chemotherapy. She ought to be have been convalescing. Instead, she was harassed for her tweets. The FSU took on her case and, as a result, the police have now dropped their investigation. But they still haven’t told Deborah which of her posts got her into trouble, claiming they’ve accidentally deleted the record of the complaint. Thames Valley Police are responsible for guarding President Trump this week. What would he make of the fact that those same officers are visiting the homes of his supporters – including US citizens – and threatening them with arrest.

This woman recounts her experience of opening a Bible for the first time following Charlie's passing. "I know that Charlie Kirk's death woke me up spiritually and now I can't unsee the truth." Charlie continues to have a positive impact on people's lives and is still leading many to embrace Christianity. 🙏✝️

Women respond to men. Men create the environment, women respond to it. Men choose what to give to the relationship, women will multiply what he gives and return it. Men choose what path the relationship takes because women respond to what he does. This is the way it’s always been and will always be. If men don’t want to create an environment where women feel safe and loved then they don’t have to, it’s his choice, women just won’t want to be with them.
