Has anyone written an examination of the Effective Altruism movement that is neither dunking on it nor a puff piece?

I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT.
I am going freelance from September.
Cultural organisations should be smashing it on social media. I can help you smash it through strategy, auditing, coaching or doing the bloody thing myself.

Friends! I can't contain my excitement any longer. I've published a children's book about my refugee experience, and it's officially live as of today, #WorldRefugeeDay!
It's the story of how a small act of kindness changed a young refugee's life amzn.eu/d/067TOm8b🧵

In a few hours I'm off to Philea forum, the big european philanthropy conference, in Ghent. Anyone else out there going?
Is there a piece of slide presention software out there that automatically re-calculates the exact times for when each bit will be used, based on you moving around slides of known duration?
Just claiming back for a late train from @GWRHelp . The system asks me what train I was on, and then asks how late it was.
Can anyone spot a potential optimisation here?

Berlin friends! Berlin techies! Berlin grantmakers! For the first time in about five years I'll be back in your amazing city, arriving tomorrow, staying several days. Let me know if you'd like a catchup!
Aww thank you!
Some light bed time reading - loved it so far. As someone who fell into fundraising, flipped into grant making and now in a hybrid role, I'm enjoying it from many perspectives. Congrats @GemmaCBull & @steiny!
