"The private sector is good at fostering collaborations but also building products. It can only really do that meaningfully when it listens to partners, people on the ground, civil society, teachers, and students, people who are actually at the forefront of what experience they are having."

Recently come across The Bicycle by @MeAndVan This is one book I'll be sharing with Key Stage 3 classes in the library. What joy, compassion and empathy in one short story.

I think one of the teachers then said "it's all downhill from here, she has maths after this!" 😂
I had such a gorgeous time with EY and KS1, thank you for having me.
Last week EY and KS1 had a visit from @MeAndVan to talk to us about her new book The Bicycle - one girl said “This is the best time of my life” 😍
Author visits make such an impact!

This is my favorite page in The Bicycle - how often do you get to see a celebration of Kurdish culture in a kids book? I certainly didn't growing up. We are a peak picnic-ing culture #sayranalldayeveryday
