So was her heel above the line and not touching? Just wondering. It didn't impact the final rankings either way. I was there IRL but in the stands with an angle where I couldn't tell on the landing.

But was her heel above the line and not touching? That may make it not an OOB. And OOB 1 foot is only 0.1 deduction

OOB of one foot would only be a 0.1 deduction. OU won by more than that, so it wouldn't have impacted the final score

If her heel was up above but not touching the line, I believe it is not out of bounds. If she had gone out of bounds with that one foot it's only a 0.1 deduction. They got first place by more than that.

OU is such a strong team that they could count a 9.3 balance beam score and still be in the top 2 of the 4 because the remaining routines were very strong. They were the number 1 seed competing against 8, 9, and 16 or 17 in the nation. Thus, good enough to count one fall.

If Ragan had gone OOB with one foot on floor exercise, that would have resulted in her scoring 0.1 less on her floor routine, which wouldn't have mattered because the top 2 teams advance to nationals. Below was the final scoring, 0.1 wouldn't have mattered.

On Thursday night they, also, weren't sticking their landings as much as Saturday/today. Stuck landings get you about 0.05 or 0.1 higher overall score.

Each team puts up 6 gymnasts per apparatus and the top 5 count. Thus, the 9.1 low beam score was dropped and only the 9.3 counted. The fall was 0.5 off, so without the fall she would have had let's say a 9.8. OU on Thursday night was about 0.5 above the second place team
