Don’t worry about tomorrow. Just win today. Then win the next day and the day after that. That’s how you win the future. Day by day.

Being coachable means you are willing to consider feedback even if you don't like what you hear. It means resisting the urge to make excuses or get defensive when challenged. Getting better is more important than your ego. You'd rather get it right than be right!!

ATTENTION leaders! Ask every teammate: “If every person on our team gave your effort and had your attitude… would that be a good thing?”

A player that built Baylor, 2 national titles, & a 40-0 record. Yet her former coach refuses to say anything or simply just show any kind of support. Keep that in mind when you’re choosing schools.

Dr. @ajhanaikeaton is THE voice on ADIOs. I seriously do not know anyone that knows more about the position and it’s impact on college athletics. Thanks for this work, doc!
ADIO: Athletic Diversity and Inclusion Officer (journals.shareok.org/jheai/a…) - More than a “designee”. And DEI in ath orgs holds varying interpretations based upon power and identity. Hence, ADIOs seek to “change marginalizing systems” but others prefer less disruptive efforts
We're wrapping up Module 1 on Organizational Culture with @NefWalker this week. We couldn't agree more with what @RBLTheory09 shared in our Slack channel. Y'all -- so many gems!
You can sign up for the waitlist for the May 2022 cohort at our website.

ALT Screenshot of a Slack message. Resa Lovelace: I started my journey through Dr. Nef Walker's sessions last night and she came out the gate HOT! I felt like I was pausing every other minute to capture what she said. JenFryTalks: Girl imagine me recording by wanting to write down everything she said!
