Here's a summary of the criteria and their corresponding scores: ======================================= (2/7) Decentralization: Score 0: 👥 Minimal community involvement; councils handle governance. Score 1: 👥 3 councils, >10 on-chain members, 30% community participation. Score 2: 👥 4-5 councils, >20 on-chain members, 50% community participation. Score 3: 👥 5+ councils, >30 on-chain members, 70% community participation. ======================================= (3/7) Value Proposition: Score 0: 💡 >90% proposals for councils, non-SMART objectives, weak justification. Score 1: 💡 >50% proposals for councils, minimal justification, misalignment. Score 2: 💡 30%-50% proposals for councils, partial alignment, community focus. Score 3: 💡 30% or fewer council proposals, strong value alignment, community focus. ======================================= (4/7) On-chain Data: Score 0: 🌐 Very low dApp interaction, no transaction proof, no Astro DAO. Score 1: 🌐 Some dApp interaction, unclear action plan, limited education. Score 2: 🌐 >3 dApp interactions, basic action plan, focus on education. Score 1: 🌱 Community growth with weak sustainability, and funding reliance. Score 2: 🌱 Growth with signs of sustainability, proper roadmap.
