A bit of dust got in my eye while watching this. – at Seattle, WA
There isn't one quote we could pick out of this interview to do it justice. If there is one interview you watch today, make it this one with @matmohoric.
On n'a pas su choisir une seule citation qui rendrait hommage à l'interview. Du coup si vous devez écoutez un seul interview en entier aujourd'hui, faites en sorte que ce soit celui de @matmohoric.

We assume change has to be some grand and dramatic action. It doesn’t.
Quitting alcohol will change your life more than climbing a mountain. Regular exercise will make you happier than an expensive seminar. A talk with a friend will mean more than a fancy party.
Start small.

Dan Simmons predicted Twitter way back in 1989. The loss of memory & attention, the all-consuming obsession w/ politics, the need to offer an opinion on everything no matter how picayune, the phone-induced zombification -- all of it.

It's here–the deepest, sharpest infrared view of the universe to date: Webb's First Deep Field.
Previewed by @POTUS on July 11, it shows galaxies once invisible to us. The full set of @NASAWebb's first full-color images & data will be revealed July 12: nasa.gov/webbfirstimages

ALT The background of space is black. Thousands of galaxies appear all across the view. Their shapes and colors vary. Some are various shades of orange, others are white. Most stars appear blue, and are sometimes as large as more distant galaxies that appear next to them. A very bright star is just above and left of center. It has eight bright blue, long diffraction spikes. Between 4 o’clock and 6 o’clock in its spikes are several very bright galaxies. A group of three are in the middle, and two are closer to 4 o’clock. These galaxies are part of the galaxy cluster SMACS 0723, and they are warping the appearances of galaxies seen around them. Long orange arcs appear at left and right toward the center.

Leverage is achieving results significantly greater than the force you put in.
One of the most powerful forms of leverage hiding in plain sight is being constant.
Constantly ... reliable, trustworthy, kind, loyal, unselfish, ...
Intermittency undoes what consistency builds.

Love the requirement of the 5 word speech. I stole this line from my son’s special Olympics team motto :)
