A special word of thanks to @spence_87 for coming into camp to present the match jerseys to the girls
Lovely to be asked to present @leinsterrugby U18s jerseys today. Best of luck this week girls!
A lovely moment for our U18s player, Lauren Bryce, who was presented with her @leinsterrugby U18s club jersey by @spence_87 earlier today ahead of their first away game vs @NewportDragons tonight as part of their #welshtour

Congratulations to @IrishRugby womens team - 10 years on from their Grand Slam win in Italy. Definitely one of the coldest OB’s I’ve ever worked on, but a great result and great memories. @CoghlanFiona @SeanOBriain1 @cantwelll @JoyNevilleRef @MichaelC_RTE @dk3lly 🥶

If you are having to “convince” players to do anything, it’s wrong.
15k a year isn’t enough to sustain an elite level athlete living at 🏡 with parents, let alone in one of the most 💰city’s 🤔

Thanks for visiting @YSHEDCOFFEE on Saturday @JudyMurray glad you enjoyed 🥑☕
Get in the hole……… #SlingsbyGolfAcademy found this cracking driving range and public 9 hole course in the Gower in Swansea today. The sort of place that makes it easy for everyone to try golf. Cheap and cheerful with a great coffee bar. 👌⛳️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

NEW: Scotland will offer 30 players contracts after the World Cup as part of new investment & a new strategy.
They are also investing in 2 semi pro teams. No huge info on that but understood to be prep for a Welsh/Irish/Scot regional competition.

Ireland’s decision to prioritise 7s & remove their best backs from the remainder of the @Womens6Nations could not be coming at a worse time & is reflective of poor decisions taken by the IRFU in recent years, now thankfully being unravelled. My ✍️ ⬇️
