I've been listening to the @virginmedia on-hold Jazz music for over 20 minutes (so far), and it's really starting to grate. Also, it's *really* unnecessary to tell me every 10 seconds that the lines are busy; I already deduced that!

I'll hold my hands up and say I'm no Python expert. So, can someone explain this? I type quit, and Python understands I want to quit, but tells me to type quit() rather than exiting. Explain to me why this is not the dumbest response possible.

Please, please @ubuntu, either make snap work so I can access files in the current directory or do away with it completely. It is utterly useless as provided.

Genuine question: What is the point of the Snap package manager on Ubuntu? I installed an app that is so sandboxed that it can't access files in the current directory, which is essential for it to work. Genini suggests I run it via a trusted Docker image. WTAF?

How does @Apple, @AppleMusic have so little understanding of how people use music? I have created playlists on an iPhone and want to export them. Just the playlist, not the music, so I can recreate it elsewhere. It seems easier to send people to the moon than to achieve this!
