I’m asking for help getting attention on my false termination on Roblox of my account "hxiltz". I was permanently terminated on March 7, 2026, for “child endangerment,” according to my first appeal, but my moderation notice only says “Other” and provides no specific explanation.
I was creating a game to support my clothing brand when I used an image I had previously seen on the Roblox Marketplace, including clothing, ugc, and thumbnails, as inspiration for my game’s thumbnail. Just minutes later, my account was terminated. I’ve submitted multiple appeals, but none have resolved the issue, and I was told I couldn’t appeal further. I also submitted an MIDR, but it ultimately led nowhere. I’ve spent years building my little clothing hobby on Roblox and had around 30K Robux worth of items on my account equivalant to 375K USD.
Losing everything over a situation I still don’t fully understand has been genuinely upsetting. I’m asking for another review of my case again and a clear explanation. I just want a human review of what happened. Any help spreading this would mean a lot. 🙏

I'm sick and tired of seeing these bans and no results out of millions of complaints. At this point, I am convinced @Roblox does not give a damn for their longest and most loyal players.
Recently in life, some things happened and usually I would escape to Roblox and make myself feel better. Guess what, I don't have an escape now. With everything happening outside the digital world and inside, I'm swamped with things I don't want to face. Except I wouldn't have to face my digital problems if #robloxaimoderation didnt exist in the first place.

Roblox users are getting banned for Child Safety, showing Chat Evidence IDs with no explanation of what they did wrong.
This is apparently happening because of Roblox's new Trusted Chat feature, so I advise everyone not to use the Roblox Chat until this is resolved.. This AI ban system is also entirely different from what was announced by Roblox on the DevForum.

Althought it's great and all that Roblox became more transparent on Enforcement bans, we have yet heard a peep about any other bans. This basically shows their ignorance also in their statement telling us to go appeal to their AI moderation. Those appeals are literally like talking to a wall, it doesn't get anywhere and it won't get anywhere for child safety bans. @Roblox Please address issues with other bans as well, while we appreciate the EF ban spiel there are millions of child safety bans that needs transparency as well.

Roblox is once again claiming that you won't get enforcement banned for using an external Wi-Fi connection.
If this is true Roblox, then the other signals you have to identify ban evasion are not accurate. We have seen this happen time and time again to innocent players.
1,100,000~ players have been banned just last month. Will they have a human review their appeals? No.
Will you continue to provide nearly instant restoration to large developers through DevRel? Yes.
How much money do we have to make you to have a fair chance at appealing?

10 days left of my window being open.
No progress whatsoever, Literally nothing. Not much to update other than the fact I'm still banned and that I'm losing a lot of money over this.
Really hoping something gets fixed, as I was linked to an account starting with "Ch****". I checked countless emails of mine as well as my number just to see no account pop up starting with ch.
I've seen people in a whole different continent share the same exact ban as me. Same day, Same time, Same year, SAME USER.
This is an obvious flaw from ROBLOX. Please help me!!!

Roblox issued a statement regarding Enforcement Bans and AI moderation. Here's a summary. 👇
- Roblox has paused username scans that triggered account linking bans.
- Roblox does not ban users solely for sharing an IP address or Wi-Fi network.
- Roblox will start giving clearer ban notices instead of the current vague messages.
- Roblox will give low-severity violations a 72 hour window to fix issues before issuing bans.
Roblox has issued an official statement on the DevForum regarding account bans.
Some of the things they say they're going to improve on:
- Clearer ban notices.
- More proportionate Marketplace consequences (flagged terms in items or experiences)
- Grace period for games available in Roblox select
- New Issues & Appeals page (more than one person can view violates and file appeals for games under groups)
- Expanded appeal eligibility (more specific appeal types for your ban notice)

This is great and all, but lets not forget the accounts that were TERMINATED without these factors in mind before. Hundreds, possibly thousands of innocent accounts were wiped from the platform, some other unknown linked accounts while others from child safety bans. Some accounts owned by the richer, while some were owned by regular people, BOTH heavily value whatever they have and AI moderation took it from us.
As a clothing creator myself, while making a game to post outfits, I got slapped in the face with a termination over using a image I found in ROBLOX's decal store. Now, they added prevention --72 hour grace period for UGC creators to fix their mistake-- but where was that when I and possibly others needed it the most? Being banned for 241 days, missing so many ingame events and the art of creating new shirts. Everything was stolen from me over a moderation strike. All I, and many others, can do now is just wait for the impossible unban to happen, but we will not stop fighting.

Forgot to mention in my newest post but ROBLOX also issued a statement saying that they will improve clarity on ban pages + more appeal options. Some people were't given that option and had to waste their first (and strongest) appeal just to get a explaination. This is outrageous, even more for people who got banned a long time ago. I can only hope a miracle happens.

ROBLOX finally addressed the situation more in depth. But I'm still kind of confused.
They state that "This is an error on our end, and we’re working to resolve it. In the meantime, we’ve paused the scan that caused these cases", on a topic regarding not recognizing usernames like "ro"
I'm wondering if this also includes my case..? I seen me and individuals linked to the same exact count (ch****) on the same exact day and time, and year!
So does this confirm ROBLOX knows that my ban is false? hoping its false because I need confidence and hope again.

It's been a week of ROBLOX completely ignoring my appeals.
The most frustrating part about this whole situation is that you know you're innocent, you have the evidence to back yourself up, and you can clear the air, but nope...
ROBLOX ignores you, makes the violations & appeal page not work, and even when you ask for a human, they give you a AI bot.
Genuinely facing the fact I lost thousands of dollars, as well as an income as I developed on ROBLOX. Don't even know what to do anymore.
