Babe wake up new entry on the It’s Not Happening meme just dropped
At some point, the amateur effort to knock on doors of home daycares intersects with robust stand-your-ground laws
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Stand-your-ground laws apply only when someone reasonably believes they face an imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm. If lawfully present knocking on a door alone isn’t a threat. Additionally Minnesota has a duty to retreat. Not stand your ground

“The Anchorage School District does not endorse these materials or the viewpoint expressed in them.”
You cannot make this up.

Interviewer: Mr. Mamdani, what do you think about jihadists hijacking four planes, crashing into the Twin Towers, and murdering thousands?
Mamdani: More room for affordable housing!

He was never expelled. They coached him to withdraw because then he would be able to reapply @txst or to another state school later and not have an expulsion on his transcript.

Disney bowed to these people in every way. So much so they destroyed 2 trillion dollar franchises that are now essentially worthless. They’ve had multiple movies lose money trying to appease these mental patients.
They make 1 normal human decision to take a guy costing them millions & destroying their brand off the air and the left loses their mind.
Sure boycott one of the most woke companies on the planet. The company that went to the mat in Florida for them.

Talked with @JessicaTarlov about how @JDVance using Charlie Kirk's show to reject "unity" was the opposite of what should have happened.
It's an insult to every American who has been harmed by political violence use it to fuel more anger and division.

She said this on the House floor so she can’t be sued into astral dust…..
Rep. @AOC: "We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was ... His rhetoric & beliefs were ignorant, uneducated, & sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans."

Years ago there was a group in Hollywood called “Friends of Abe” that had a private membership list to allow conservative actors to socialize and discuss their political beliefs without risking getting blacklisted by Hollywood studios for having the “wrong” beliefs, but do go on
As far as I know the group is still going, I just remember reading about it years ago and finding its necessity saddening and alarming

It is absolutely amazing—truly amazing—how many journalists are straight up lying at the request of Kimmel’s PR team. Here are Kimmel’s words: “We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.”
Not to mention that this lie from Kimmel came at the exact same time everybody else on the left was lying about the shooter being far-right.
If you’re a Rolling Stone reader, they’re taking you for an idiot
Conservative media and Trump’s FCC chair have claimed Jimmy Kimmel said Charlie Kirk’s shooter is MAGA.
But Kimmel didn't actually say that.

Sorry, but the FCC was established by FDR to impose public standards on broadcasters and used by JFK to pressure station managers into dropping right-wing radio programs. The "shoe has been on the other foot" for almost a hundred years. Turnabout is fair play.

The bigger problem is they suffered no consequences for wielding this power in the past
For those on the right who might like what they’re seeing from this FCC: Remember that Democrats will wield this power again.

Fox doesn’t have a broadcast license to threaten. But Chuck Schumer held a press conference threatening Fox and Hakeem Jeffries sent them a threatening letter over their “propaganda.”
Truly amazing how uninformed liberals are about the 1A disaster of the previous four years.

In April 2012, Obama attacked Romney finance co-chairman Frank Vandersloot
In the following months, Vandersloot was the target of not one but three audits (two from the IRS, one from the Dept of Labor)
Obama threatened and his administration punished
After years of complaining about cancel culture, the current administration has taken it to a new and dangerous level by routinely threatening regulatory action against media companies unless they muzzle or fire reporters and commentators it doesn’t like. yahoo.com/news/articles/let-…
