Stand-your-ground laws apply only when someone reasonably believes they face an imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm. If lawfully present knocking on a door alone isn’t a threat. Additionally Minnesota has a duty to retreat. Not stand your ground

He was never expelled. They coached him to withdraw because then he would be able to reapply @txst or to another state school later and not have an expulsion on his transcript.
Sounds like if New York would just lock up the 53 people after their, I don’t know, 50th arrest, @PeteKaliner that would greatly reduce the prosecutorial case load. They could be even more efficient it they did so after their third strike.

Disney bowed to these people in every way. So much so they destroyed 2 trillion dollar franchises that are now essentially worthless. They’ve had multiple movies lose money trying to appease these mental patients.
