Estados Unidos es el único socio con satélites capaces de detectar lanzamientos de misiles balísticos.

Drones ucranianos atacaron durante la madrugada el centro de procesamiento de datos de Sberbank en Balákovo, en la región rusa de Sarátov, a unos 700 kilómetros de la frontera con Ucrania. El banco confirmó el impacto, pero aseguró que sus sistemas y servicios continuaron funcionando con normalidad. No obstante, usuarios del servicio reportan fallas y demoras en el servicio digital del banco.
El complejo atacado todavía está en construcción, aunque parte de su capacidad ya se encontraba operativa. Con unos 55.000 metros cuadrados, una potencia proyectada de 82 megavatios y espacio para hasta 120.000 servidores.
La instalación fue diseñada para sostener servicios de Sberbank y de GosTech, la plataforma digital unificada del Estado ruso. También debía alojar el superordenador más potente de Rusia, previsto para 2027 y vinculado al desarrollo de GigaChat, el modelo de inteligencia artificial del banco.
Por ahora no existe una evaluación pública de daños dentro del centro ni sobre el estado del futuro superordenador. Ukrainian border guard drone operators detected 10 Russian troops moving in small groups through forests in occupied Kherson Oblast. The troops attempted to remain concealed among the trees, but were spotted using thermal imaging. A horrific Russian jet-powered “shahed” attack on an ordinary store in the Odesa region. Russia continues its bloody terror. The store was partially destroyed, and cars were damaged. Three people were injured. All necessary emergency services are working at the scene and providing assistance to those affected.
It is important that our partners help us defend against this. Residential buildings, stores, energy and other critical infrastructure are under attack virtually nonstop. Not a single hour of peace.
What is happening is Russia’s pointed response to the signals it is receiving from America. Unfortunately, there are dangerous signals about the possibility of further sanctions relief. These sanctions were imposed by the world, by America, Europe, and our partners in response to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and its war against us. Nothing has changed. The war has not stopped. The sanctions must not be lifted. Russia must end the slaughter it itself started and has continued for 1,695 days now. More money to fund the killing will not help bring this about. Strength is what is needed, and America is stronger than Russian terror.

⚡️ Ukrainian forces continue to achieve the incredible, liberating another 101 km² of territory
Operation Vivaldi has concluded in the Lyman sector.
Russian forces tried to encircle Sloviansk and Kramatorsk — but ended up being forced to retreat themselves.
Ukrainian troops also prevented Russian forces from outflanking the Sloviansk-Kramatorsk area and cutting off the Kharkiv–Sloviansk highway, one of the key supply routes for Ukrainian forces in Donbas.

Last night, Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck an airfield in the Voronezh region. Four Su-34 aircraft were destroyed and two more Su-34s were hit. The Russians used them to terrorize our people. These very warplanes were ready to launch new attacks on Ukraine and were loaded with aerial bombs.
Our Long Neptune missile was used to strike the target. I thank the warriors of the Ukrainian Navy for their precision!
Our long-range sanctions also reached a site in the Oryol region used to store and launch attack drones. A target was also hit in the Black Sea.
These are our justified responses to all of Russia’s terror against Ukraine. Russia is dragging out the war, so our long-range operations will continue.

These antennas are reportedly crucial for Ukraine's sea drones. Late in September, a Polish military site with Starlink terminals were also hit.

A Russian ballistic missile attack on Kyiv. Once again, no early warning from our partners. The main target was energy infrastructure, specifically CHPP-4. Unfortunately, it was hit. A residential building was also damaged, and rescuers are currently putting out a fire there. Our systems detected these missiles only when they were already virtually on approach to Kyiv. CHPP-4 is one of Kyiv’s key energy facilities.
According to our intelligence, the Russians are preparing further ballistic missile launches. The facts show that the Russians do not consider themselves bound by what the President of the United States said. Ukraine supported an energy ceasefire. Russia is targeting yet another power plant and the lives of our people.
And this is absolutely unjust: when they are destroying our energy infrastructure, and Ukraine is not even receiving early warnings about ballistic missile launches. It is important that the world does not stay silent about this. And it is important that the United States really see what is happening and who is responsible for this war continuing.
Please stay safe tonight and tomorrow. We are working to replenish our air defenses with anti-ballistic missiles.

If so much winning..., why is kiev begging for a ceasefire while forcefully kidnapping men off the sidewalk? And don't get me started on the KIA exchange rate (1🇷🇺:33🇺🇦)
These lies do more damage for Ukraine than good. A false narrative to increase funding/support for Kiev, while thousands of Ukranians are sacrificed.
