$NWBO $NVCR Yesterday, UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham announced an expert review of brain cancer research, led by Professor Anthony Chalmers. It will assess progress since 2018, identify barriers slowing the development of new treatments, and report within three months. The government plans to use the findings to create a national action plan, appoint a national clinical lead for brain cancer, and shorten the MHRA’s review of rules for medicines treating rare conditions from three years to two. Transparency matters: ASCO’s 2026 disclosure for Professor Anthony Chalmers lists consulting or advisory relationships with Novocure, AbbVie, Bristol Myers Squibb, Janssen, Lilly, Roche, Servier, Stemline Therapeutics, and Voyager Therapeutics. A glioblastoma study also disclosed AstraZeneca research funding, honoraria, and advisory-board involvement. As Dr Chalmers leads a government review on brain cancer, the public should know how these interests will be managed. $NWBO Why Americans have to go abroad for medical treatment developed in the 🇺🇸? Why media is not talking about this cancer breakthrough? No toxicity. @DrOzCMS @realDonaldTrump @RobertKennedyJr @greta @kshaughnessy2 @NBCNews @FoxNews @ABC @CNN @BBCWorld
We initially did try ivermectin and Mebendazole as fenbendazole doesn’t cross the BBB. We did metformin, CBD, all kinds of supplements and off-label drugs, hyperbaric oxygen, in addition to alternative treatments. Ultimately, her tumor grew back very aggressively. We stopped all of those treatments. After three injections of DCvax-L by $NWBO she now has a clean MRI with no evidence of disease.

Three weeks later, I still have trouble believing I was able to write these words: NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE. 🙏❤️ I’m sharing this again because Braelyn’s story is about so much more than one incredible MRI. It’s about what can happen when someone refuses to accept that there are no more options. Please read her story. And please share it. There are other families who need to know that “there’s nothing more we can do” does not always mean there is nothing more that can be done. $NWBO #DCvaxForBraelyn

Another long tail survivor has made it 27 years, & there’s also a 15 year long tail survivor. How much proof do you need. I guess you’re just as corrupt as America 🇺🇸. I thought 💭 you were better than us, I guess I was wrong 😑.

$NWBO @peterjkostis is right about the optimistic outlook for #DCVAX In just three months of treatment with the personalized dendritic-cell vaccine, Braelyn has reportedly achieved remarkable results, with no detectable evidence of her tumor or cancer. And she is not the only powerful example. One patient has reportedly continued receiving the vaccine for 23 years, while dozens of patients have survived for more than a decade. @ThomasOwenMcCa1 recently celebrated 10 years since receiving #DCVax. Ten years—a milestone that once seemed almost unimaginable for someone diagnosed with glioblastoma. #DCVAX $NWBO @DrOzCMS comments on @FoxNews today were phenomenal and could finally bring national attention to a treatment offering real hope against glioblastoma. Braelyn’s mother @HollensbeAmanda recently reported that, after only three months of treatment with the personalized #DCVax vaccine, her daughter now has no evidence of disease. This technology was pioneered in the 🇺🇸 through decades of research led by Dr. Linda Liau and her team at @UCLAHealthJCCC Yet American glioblastoma patients seeking access may have to travel to the UK and personally bear enormous costs—all while battling one of the deadliest and most aggressive cancers. #DCVax-L is a personalized immune therapy made using the patient’s own tumor and immune cells, with a favorable safety profile demonstrated in its Phase III trial. These patients do not have time to waste. President Trump, Dr. Oz, the FDA and American policymakers: please examine Braelyn’s case, review the clinical evidence and establish an expedited, lawful pathway for American patients to access this promising therapy at home. A treatment pioneered in America should not require desperate American families to cross an ocean to receive it. @UCLAHealthJCCC @realDonaldTrump @FLOTUS @DrOzCMS @DrOz @RobertKennedyJr @FoxNews @DonaldJTrumpJr @EricTrump @FDA
I have been waiting almost 3 years to write these words: NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE. 🙏❤️ Today we met with Braelyn’s neurosurgeon, Dr. Linda Liau at UCLA (telehealth). When our local radiologist read Braelyn’s August 28 MRI as “no evidence of disease recurrence,” we were thrilled—but I was afraid to fully exhale. I knew Dr. Liau and the UCLA tumor board would scrutinize every millimeter of those images. What if they saw something the local radiologist missed? Today, Dr. Liau told us that she and the tumor board had thoroughly reviewed Braelyn’s MRI. They were amazed. There is NO VISIBLE TUMOR. Even the ~10% Dr. Liau had to leave behind during surgery because of its intimate involvement with critical structures is no longer visible. She emphasized how amazed and pleased the entire tumor board was by such a complete response at this point. Her assessment: the prior radiation and the ongoing DCVax appear to be working very well. Their recommendation after also reviewing the Keytruda regimen Braelyn recently started? KEEP DOING WHAT SHE’S DOING. 😭🙏 First and foremost, we give ALL thanks and glory to God. People all over the world have prayed for this girl. I cannot begin to express how humbled and grateful we are. But tonight I also cannot stop thinking about how close Braelyn came to never having this opportunity. Earlier this year, her tumor was enormous and growing rapidly. We sought help from multiple surgeons—including at prestigious institutions. We were told further surgery was too risky. We were offered the same old options: chemotherapy and photon radiation that would affect most of her brain, given the size of her tumor. Her tumor is MGMT-unmethylated, so for Braelyn, chemo was all risk with little to no benefit. And then a stranger I met here on X changed everything. @ThomasOwenMcCa1 connected us with Dr. Liau. After reviewing Braelyn’s case, one of the first things she said was: “This girl needs surgery right away.” I told her we knew that. We just couldn’t find anyone willing to do it. I asked if SHE would. “If you can get her to me, I will do her surgery.” We got Braelyn to UCLA. Within two weeks, Dr. Liau operated and removed ~90% of a massive tumor spanning three lobes, stopping where continuing would risk critical structures. And this time, her tumor tissue was PROPERLY PRESERVED. That tissue was ultimately sent to England and used to manufacture Braelyn’s personalized DCVax vaccine. She has now received 3 induction doses + her first booster. And today? The tumor that Dr. Liau had to leave behind is no longer visible on MRI. Think about that. And then think about what could have happened if we had simply accepted “there’s nothing else we can do.” THIS is why I will not stop advocating for reform. Patients should not have to find potentially life-saving treatment options accidentally through strangers on social media. Patients should be told about legitimate investigational options when standard treatment offers little hope. Patients undergoing tumor surgery should be informed BEFORE surgery about preservation of tissue that could potentially be used for personalized treatments. And patients should have the right to make informed decisions about which risks they are willing to take. Promising science means very little if the patients who need it cannot access it. Braelyn is living proof of why access matters. Tonight, though, advocacy can wait for just a moment. Tonight I’m her mom. And I finally get to say the words I have begged God to someday let me say: NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE. Thank You, God. Thank you, Dr. Liau. Thank you to everyone who opened a door, donated, shared her story, fought for her and prayed for our girl. There is always light, even in the darkest places. Tonight that light is shining incredibly bright. ❤️🙏 #DCVaxForBraelyn #CureNotCovered @greta @kshaughnessy2 @andrewcaravello

These two pictures were taken 3 weeks and 3 days apart. The image on the left was taken the day before Braelyn received DCVax #3. It’s a microscopic image of Braelyn’s own dendritic cells loaded with her tumor lysate. In other words… this is the process by which her immune system is being taught to recognize her cancer. To most people, it probably looks like a boring image on a computer screen. To us, it’s hope. It represents months of surgeries, shipping tumor tissue across continents, leukapheresis, manufacturing, quality control, and the dedication of an extraordinary team of scientists—all culminating in these tiny immune cells being prepared to help Braelyn’s immune system recognize the unique targets in her tumor. I said when I first saw this image that this masterpiece deserved to be matted, framed and given a place of honor on our wall at home. Because to our family, this isn’t just science. It’s art. It’s hope. It’s Braelyn’s own immune system being given information about the enemy it needs to find. And then there’s the other picture. Three weeks and two days after Braelyn received DCVax #3, that MRI was taken. The radiologist’s conclusion: “No evidence of disease recurrence.” Her UCLA neurosurgical team and tumor board subsequently reviewed the images themselves and told us they could see no tumor tissue—including the residual tumor that had been left behind at surgery. The first picture is hope under a microscope. The second one is the image we prayed for. We know this journey isn’t over. Braelyn will continue her DCVax treatments, and we’ll continue taking things one scan, one treatment and one day at a time. But these two pictures? I think I may need to frame them together. ❤️ #DCvaxForBraelyn $NWBO @AdventBio

American medical innovation is second to none, but our current access pathways are leaving families stranded. We’ve spent over 5 weeks in London since June so my daughter could access DCVax for her brain cancer—a therapy developed in the United States. The issue isn't a lack of willingness from doctors or biotech companies; it's that current IND regulations penalize manufacturers who open their doors to critically ill patients outside of trials. When compassionate use poses a regulatory threat to a drug’s main approval path, companies have no choice but to protect their pipeline. The FDA has a real opportunity to lead here. By creating distinct regulatory protections for expanded and compassionate access, we can keep life-saving innovation—and the families who need it—here at home.

$NWBO @d_stock is an absolute must-follow for anyone following the $NWBO story closely. Great insights and always worth reading.
$NWBO If I'm not mistaken, Braelyn received her first dose of DCVax-L on July 22. Within about a month, after three doses, an intense anti-tumor immune response already wiped out the remaining unresected 10% of tumor tissue. The vaccine was made from her own tumor tissue, so it was a genetic match and that is why it cannot be toxic. More importantly, the DCs presenting hundreds of tumor-associated peptides on MHC Class II engage CD4 T-cells, which are essential for building immune memory. Once that memory is established, the risk of recurrence can drop dramatically. It's hard to imagine a better treatment than this — which may be exactly why approval has taken so long!

$NWBO $IBRX Next week’s biotech conference in Saudi Arabia could provide the perfect setting for $NWBO and @SpimacoAddwaeih to announce a definitive agreement. In early 2026, $IBRX announced two regulatory approvals during a Saudi biotech conference. Since then, its market cap has increased by roughly $6 billion. I’m not suggesting that the SFDA will approve #DCVax next week, but meaningful news surrounding the @SpimacoAddwaeih partnership could certainly generate momentum for the stock.

$NWBO I clearly expect a two-stage structure involving several legally separate agreements—even if $NWBO announces them together in a single press release. The official announcement contains two important clues: For commercialization, $NWBO uses the plural: “subject to the execution of definitive agreements.” For localized manufacturing and technology transfer, $NWBO explicitly states: “The parties will negotiate separate agreements for that stage.” $NWBO’s official announcement (nwbio.com/northwest-biothera…) The first definitive agreement—or package of agreements—would likely cover: The SFDA regulatory process @SPIMACO’s regulatory responsibilities Commercialization rights in Saudi Arabia. Marketing, sales, and distribution Initial supply of DCVax-L manufactured by NWBO The revenue-sharing formula Potential upfront or milestone payments. Territorial exclusivity and minimum sales obligations A separate agreement would likely address: A localized manufacturing license Transfer of manufacturing processes and know-how Training of @SPIMACO personnel Facilities, equipment, and validation requirements Quality-control standards and NWBO oversight Royalties on locally manufactured products Protection of trade secrets and intellectual property Importantly, this would probably not involve transferring ownership of $NWBO’s intellectual property. $NWBO explicitly stated that it will retain ownership of all IP. @SPIMACO would more likely receive a limited, carefully controlled license to manufacture DCVax-L in Saudi Arabia. Technology transfer is significantly more complex and could be finalized later, perhaps after SFDA approval or once the Saudi manufacturing facility is ready for process validation. So my expectation is: First: a definitive commercial agreement covering revenue sharing, regulatory responsibilities, distribution, and supply by NWBO. Later: a separate licensing and technology-transfer agreement enabling localized manufacturing. Several contracts could be signed simultaneously and announced publicly as one “definitive transaction,” but NWBO’s wording strongly indicates that the technology-transfer component will be governed by separate agreements.
