However, the States control the voting, and the States certify the votes. Just like in 2020, he will file hundreds of lawsuits about rigged elections in different places, and just like in 2020, ALL of them will fail.
Our version of democracy is messy, but the voting process is extremely robust as i recently explained in another post. Trump can huff and puff and declare the Insurrection Act, but it will not block the voting from being completed.
If there is a blue wave as i think there will be, then it wont matter if he contests outcomes in several states as the Democrats will have too-many wins in new house seats for his complaints to have any change in the majority in the new congress.
