@porterairlines The irony of seeing this on the train! With three cancelled flights in 12 hours I don't think so Porter - if the idea is to beat @AirCanada at its own game then keep it up, I know who I won't be flying with again 馃憥馃徏馃憥馃徏馃憥馃徏 #failharder

@CBCOttawa It's been forever since your evening news coverage offered any relevant content but tonight's home video of a motorcycle crash victim in Florida is not only disturbing, but a new low for what's supposed to be a local newscast. TLDR - shocked at how bad you've become.

@UPS_Canada So Henry says package is lost, nothing to see here move along. Of course, let's not escalate this to a warehouse mgr and try to locate the package, just submit a claim and accept the results. As per the abysmal and lazy customer service that's the hallmark of UPS.
Hard to be surprised when I'm clearly dealing with customer support based outside of Canada who promise follow-ups that never happen. DHL and FedEx ishave customer support teams based in Canada - do better UPS.
It's been two weeks since I paid for 2-day shipping and after speaking with 6 different reps not one can be bothered to actually try and find my package, just deflection and excuses.

@UPS_Canada Is there no one in your organization bothered by UPS's total lack of customer service?

What a patronizing and racist remark - pretty certain the UK patented the abhorrent politics and corrupt governance exported through colonialism...

This is my feeling, frayed nerves from a deluge of calls after 2 years of pandemic hell. She spoke to my class as a journalist and I was left with the utmost respect for both her empathy and professionalism. She definitely has the class and humility to acknowledge a mistake.
She is better than this! Hoping this was just a knee jerk reaction to the pressure Council is facing from residents. I remain hopeful that she'll issue a retraction because I'm quite certain that she's a person of empathy and that this comment doesn't reflect her actual values.
Agreed, this off-the-cuff remark was very disappointing from a former journalist and someone I had hoped would some day run for mayor.

I really enjoy your photography as well. Are you using your phone? Which model if I may ask?

Thanks Martin but this link indicates that I need to provide a National Insurance #, Unique Taxpayer Reference or VAT, and being outside of the UK means I have none of those. Perhaps this is why your staff thought they could steal from my parcel without fear of repercussion?

@HMRCgovuk sent a box of sweets to my niece via @fedex and thoroughly disgusted to learn that one of your agents opened the package and ate half the chocolate. How do I open an investigation into this despicable, abhorrent behaviour? @FedExHelp @HMRCpressoffice @HMRCcustomers

Just went from intermittent to completely out in Ottawa... more clarity from this account would be appreciated.

@LucyvanOlden why would you be asking the Solicitor General a second time about making vaccination mandatory? It sounds like CBC is pushing a federal government agenda. 馃
