this really shows how systemic the problem is. mahal ang quality food so you work harder para may pambili, but that also means being stuck in traffic bcs poor transpo + road infra, so pagdating sa bahay youre too tired to cook so yung pinaka-convenient na lang kainin choice :(

the amount of dialysis centers popping left and right is so alarming. we talked to one patient and she said umaabot na siya until 4 am sa super daming pasyente na naka-sched. so please if kaya, tigilan niyo na or bawasan pagpapancit canton, soft drinks, and canned food ☹️

i know hindi ganun kasimple para sa ilan kasi anong choice kung mga pagkain lang na yan ang kaya bilhin ng pera? pero ewan nakakainis lang na halos sa dialysis centers lahat binubuhos ng gobyerno ang pondo instead of sa public health programs para hindi na umabot sa dialysis.
