Po čtyřiceti letech jsem se ho zeptal. Programování dávno pověsil na hřebík, dnes si v malé domácí dílně vyrábí prototypy na CNC frézce. Napsal mi:
„Ano, mám českého předka z 19. století, odtud to příjmení.“
Takže Norton Commander nenapsal Norton. A autora Norton Commanderu vytvořil Čech :-D

So I was scammed by a host I booked via @bookingcom, which can happen. What is absolutely shocking to me is that Booking has not responded to my chat messages via their platform for more than 10 days, despite their guarantee of a 24-hour response. I called them a week ago, and the rep assured me that he would take care of it within 48 hours. However, nothing happened during the last 8 days; I only received a templated email stating that they still can't reach the host... I always thought Booking is on the level of Airbnb or Amazon in terms of customer experience and trust. Never thought it would be this horrible... Does anybody know someone at Booking to help me escalate?
Dear @Marriott do you think this is how an invoice should look like in 2025? I wonder how many man-years a year your people spend explaining the bill to your customers...
