This. 1000% this. When I was out canvassing and doing Election Day GOTV I witnessed firsthand how the AAPI vote is ready to mobilize, but only if we invest the time and resources with outreach and listening to this electorates concerns.
Asian American + Pacific Islanders comprise over 17% of NYC's pop. and are the fastest growing group in the country. @graceleefornyc and I make the case in @GothamGazette that Dems cannot continue to take AAPI voters for granted and must start delivering.
