Notes: I'm worried about work-life balance, but an old colleague of mine who recently joined the same team thinks the WLB is good (at least in these 6 months that he has been there). Twitter (L6, senior): 590K per year (same for the first 2 years) including refresher Cons: Unpredictable stock value. Pros: Good work-life balance. Room for growth (promotion) Snapchat (L5, staff): 620K per year (same for the first 2 years) including refresher Cons: Poor work-life balance. Unpredictable stock value.
