Awesome marketing video👨🏼‍🍳 Leadpoet is still one of my Top 3 most undervalued subs in dTAO. This one isn’t going to stay underwater for much longer. As soon as revenue gets increased visibility, the floodgates will open. Holders want to see buybacks in action! $TAO

The miner rewards structure over at @vidaio_ has recently gone through some changes. Previously, a miner would just get rewarded for the production of the commodity (compression, upscaling etc) Now the miners not only get paid for producing the commodity or model, they also get ongoing commercial licensing royalties for as long as @vidaio_ uses that model for revenue generating activities. If another miner produces better outputs or the requirements change, that model becomes obsolete and the new winning model takes its place and gets the licensing rewards. The newest competition for increasing frame rates is about to go live. Find more info on current and future competitions at vidaio.io/competitions. bittensor:native

We are looking to capture the entire value chain, from ingest to delivery: compression, upscale, restore, localise, post-production tools (object removal, colourisation, etc.), transcoding..... we are very close! Watch this space! @vidaio_ bittensor:native

Bitcoin rewards one kind of work. Bittensor has a very different idea of “work”

September was a big month for @LeadpoetAI. Doubled sales. Started our sales agent competition. Rolled out outreach to early users. Presented at Exploit. Now for October: Double sales again. Keep pushing the frontier of sales intelligence. Launch our biggest product update yet. Help more subnets go to market. What excites me most is how these pieces are starting to reinforce each other. The product improves. The pipeline grows. The competition gets stronger.

Building on Bittensor has a human cost: constant change, difficulty disconnecting and the pressure of failure. @mogmachine connects that experience with focus, kindness, support from others and knowing when to step away.

Early demos of Leadpoet’s outreach functionality have been fun. You can almost see the moment it clicks: “Wait, this can find the right accounts, understand why now, find the buyer, and run the outreach?” Yes. That’s the point. Automate the painful parts of sales so your team can focus on the part that actually matters: Closing.

The constant rotation game between investors in crypto has always been the same, and $TAO and its ecosystem are no exception. Capital moves from one narrative to another. One token outperforms, another underperforms, and investors constantly reposition themselves in search of higher returns. It's simply the nature of a young asset class where liquidity is limited and most of the money already exists within the industry. The problem is that this doesn't create much new value. It merely redistributes the existing value between projects. That's why I believe the only way to truly break out of this rotation game is through consistent revenue flowing into the ecosystem from outside Bittensor, and more broadly, from outside crypto itself. The moment an enterprise pays for computer vision, sales intelligence, decentralized inference, or any other product built on Bittensor, something fundamentally changes. That isn't another crypto investor rotating capital from one subnet or crypto project to another. That's entirely new value entering the ecosystem for the first time. And what makes Bittensor particularly interesting is that an increasing number of subnets are designed to feed that value back into their Alpha tokens through buybacks and burns, so that value is never going to leave again. For years, crypto has largely relied on speculation to drive demand. Bittensor has the opportunity to let products create demand instead. When I look across the ecosystem today, I think we're slowly reaching that point. More teams are talking about customers instead of emissions, more products are reaching commercial maturity with enterprise partnerships being announced. And for the first time, revenue is becoming one of the main metrics investors are paying attention to. We're not fully there yet, but if you ask me, the writing is on the wall. The next phase of Bittensor won't be defined by investors rotating capital between subnet tokens. It will be defined by products bringing entirely new capital into the ecosystem. And I think that's when the investment thesis for $TAO becomes much easier for the rest of the market to understand. Enjoy your sunday, I added a photo of my current view ☕️

IBC 2026 was a big one for Vidaio. Here's the debrief, as promised. We flew to Amsterdam hoping to make a few good connections. We left with 7 product demos delivered to prospective clients, including: • One of Europe's largest public broadcasters • One of the world's largest film and TV studios • One of the world's biggest entertainment franchises • One of the UK's leading post-production facilities And that's just the demos...... On top of that: 6 follow-up conversations to turn into deeper meetings, plus warm introductions to new prospects from people we met on the floor. The interest was real and it was broad. Localisation, upscaling, compression, and other parts of the pipeline. Those conversations are moving forward now. Not bad for the small fish that showed up among some very big whales. More from IBC soon... @vidaio_ bittensor:native
We have landed in Amsterdam for IBC. Proud to be here alongside the PIP CEO Mark Sheffield and his team, presenting Cabin, bringing AI-powered localisation to the biggest stage in broadcast. We’ll be meeting with some of the biggest names in the industry! Real footage, more languages, better quality. This is what happens when great studios and great tech pull in the same direction. We'll make some posts from the convention. Come say hello if you're at the show. @vidaio_ bittensor:native

We’ve redesigned the @vidaio_ subnet from the ground up, and with that comes a completely new whitepaper. Our goal was simple, build a system where performance and scoring do not depend on trusting a central operator or a private process. In the new architecture, scoring can be independently re-computed from public evidence, with the results anchored on-chain so anyone can verify how a result was reached. No black-box scoring, hidden process or requirement to simply trust the numbers. 100% auditable on-chain, forever! For decentralised AI to mean anything, verification has to be part of the architecture. github.com/vidAio-subnet/min… @vidaio_ bittensor:native

Our team has been heads down the past few weeks. We’ve been improving our incentive mechanism to generate more diverse training data and build a more powerful sales agent, with a launch targeted for this week. LinkedIn + email integrations are now built into the platform, and will soon let users engage leads directly through Leadpoet. We’re also bringing on new customers across a wide range of industries, including logistics, proptech, AI, textiles, and more. Ahead of Exploit, we’ve also onboarded @opentensor to help drive attendance at the conference. Excited for what’s ahead.

You can now preview almost any file on Hippius instantly, without downloading it. Word docs, PDFs, spreadsheets, PowerPoints, images, videos, and more. That sounds normal until you think about how Google Drive or Dropbox do it. They can show you a quick preview because they can open your file on their own servers. They can open your file because they hold the keys to it. The encryption is theirs, not yours. Hippius can't do that. Your files are encrypted, and we don't hold the key to unlock them. Only you, and anyone you choose to share with. So we built previews differently. When you open a file, it gets unlocked and displayed right there on your own device, in your own browser. The file itself never gets decrypted anywhere near us. We don't get a peek, even for a second. Same thing works if someone shares a folder with you. They don't need a Hippius account, and the unlocking still happens on their device, not ours. End result: all the convenience you're used to, none of the part where a company has to be trusted with your actual files.

Great to see you back guys! That was a really good episode with some great guests. It does seem, however, that you haven't been following what $TAO actually is. @dim_ss brought it up at exactly the right moment while talking about AI money alongside Bitcoin and Zcash, but unfortunately about 90% of what was said about Bittensor afterwards was factually incorrect. The biggest and most obvious mistake was stating that Bittensor has had so many halving events. So far, it has only had its first halving on December 14 last year. Bittensor follows the exact same tokenomics as Bitcoin with a maximum supply of 21 million coins and a halving every four years. Regarding emissions, after the first halving the chain emits a little over 1.3 million $TAO per year (just like Bitcoin in 2013), currently worth around $300 million annually. The interesting part is that the 128 subnets are already generating around $35 million in annualized revenue (projected to reach around $100 million by year-end). We at @WeAreSubConnect published the Bittensor Revenue Index last week if you want to check it out, it's pinned on our profile. I wouldn't call this overspending on incentives. It may have been the case that emissions were flowing to the wrong subnets, but the Foundation is actively iterating/ optimizing the emissions structure. As for talent, I've been in crypto since 2017, and I've never seen this much talent concentrated in a single ecosystem. It's genuinely impressive, and if these teams succeed in building products that create real-world value, they're still very well compensated. After hearing all of this, I kept waiting for someone on the podcast to correct it, but unfortunately that never happened. It seems there's still a significant information gap. If you guys, with so much experience in crypto, aren't aware of what's happening in Bittensor, then It seems like there needs to be some more outreach by either the @opentensor foundation or the community. If any of you want to know more, feel free to send me a DM. I'd also be happy to jump on a call if that's easier. Good luck with the podcast. Looking forward to the next episode.

For any platform with a large audience, language is one of the easiest ways to expand distribution. A TV station with an English-language channel can use the Babelbit Dubbing API to launch a Spanish version of the same content. The same content can reach an entirely new audience, generating more watch time and, consequently, more advertising and subscription revenue. The goal is simple: make multilingual distribution so efficient that the API does not merely add costs but also helps create a new revenue stream. The new dubbing API enables broadcasters, media companies, creators, and platforms to reach audiences they could not serve before.

Today, we're releasing the first SubConnect Bittensor Revenue Index. Over the past months, we've been researching one of the most important, yet surprisingly difficult questions to answer within Bittensor: Which $TAO subnets are actually generating revenue? How much and are they doing revenue generated Alpha buys? The results show an ecosystem that is further into commercialization than many realize. Bittensor's first chapter was about proving decentralized competition could produce valuable intelligence. The next chapter is about turning that intelligence into products customers are willing to pay for. And as more of that external revenue flows back into Alpha, the economics of the network begin to change with it. From emissions to revenue, the transition has begun. ↓ The SubConnect Bittensor Revenue Index: Volume I
